Jim Wiseman formed Walls of Freedom Outreach Centre on March 23, 2007. He and wife Jacqie, along with a support team of volunteers carry out the ministry of Walls of Freedom. In this episode, Wiseman takes Carson and photographer Tony Schellenberg on a tour of Winnipeg's inner city.
