Bio:

Stevyn Guinnip, the daughter of a successful financial planner, spent most of her career as an exercise physiologist. After a near death experience in Australia, she repurposed four financial concepts to turn her health around. Now her company, Grow Wellthy™, helps financial advisors invest in their health using the same system. Stevyn interviewed over 500 financial professionals for her book on this topic, and she challenges financial advisors to see their health as an asset and an integral part of financial planning. She now lives on the island of Madeira, Portugal with her husband and two teenagers.
