Wolves among us

The Apostle Paul warned the Ephesians that  "after (his) departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. Also, from among yourselves, men will rise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves."  Even though the gates of Hades will never prevail against the Church, we will always struggle with wolves and personalities that push their own will rather than the will of God.
