When You Have Nothing Left to Give, Give It to God.

Have you ever felt like you're simply not enough?

Whether it's raising a family, caring for others, battling sin, or just trying to keep up with life's demands, many of us eventually reach the end of our own strength. In this homily, Fr. Theophan reflects on the life of St. Jacob of Alaska, whose tireless missionary labors seemed impossible by human standards, alongside Christ's miraculous feeding of the five thousand.

The lesson is one every Christian needs to hear: God never asked us to accomplish the Christian life by our own power. Like the disciples with five loaves and two fish, we are called to offer Him what little we have—even our weakness, exhaustion, and brokenness—and trust Him to multiply it through His grace.
