This episode features a highly motivated man, my friend and local home builder, Jim Steg. His journey began building homes with his father in the Midwest before they moved to AZ in 1979. Jim's early adult years were spent working for a nationally-recognized corporate company where he was responsible for managing over 250 employees, becoming proficient in cost planning, organizational, motivational and accountability skills. He mastered the art of setting goals; creating the action plan to achieve those goals, and executing the action plan, which brought him great success in the organization and all in all aspects of Jim’s life as we will hear in this episode.

Today, Jim owns and operates his a full-service custom home company, StegCustomHomes and is the brains and founder of 11 Summits: Attitude with Advocacy. He shares his story of turning his life around, completely transforming his physical and mental states and becoming an advocate for positive change. A few of his athletic accomplishments include:
