Today's podcast episode features someone special in the Willamette Wine community, being one of the first winemakers in the Ribbon Hill region/sub-AVA, Bruno Corneaux. We first visited their stunning winery Domaine Divio by chance, and boy was it a lucky find as there are a hundred wineries in the area! Pair stunning views with incredible Rose’, Chardonnay, Pino Grigio and Pinot Noirs and friendly staff and we were in wine country heaven!
While wine tasting, we learned about Bruno and his childhood in Burgundy, France and then working in wineries around the world, and then starting Domaine Divio in 2014 . . . we just knew we had to come back and have him as a guest on our podcast! Today, Bruno is the director of winemaking at NW Wine Company in Dundee and owner and winemaker at Domaine Divio Winery in Newberg, Oregon.
