So this guy walks in,"},{"startTime":51.45,"endTime":52.32,"body":"brings a bottle of wine,"},{"startTime":52.32,"endTime":56.52,"body":"and he's larger than life. And he's like,"},{"startTime":107.31,"endTime":110.91,"body":"can you come speak to my audience?"},{"startTime":107.31,"endTime":110.91,"body":"And so when I got this message,"},{"startTime":111.0,"endTime":111.57,"body":"lo and behold,"},{"startTime":111.57,"endTime":116.4,"body":"I had the next day available and"},{"startTime":111.57,"endTime":116.4,"body":"anytime I could speak to a crowd of"},{"startTime":116.4,"endTime":119.94,"body":"people who follow a man who has algebra"},{"startTime":116.4,"endTime":119.94,"body":"floating his head, I would be like,"},{"startTime":120.0,"endTime":123.84,"body":"sure, yes and yes. So, you know, 2023,"},{"startTime":124.23,"endTime":129.15,"body":"I chose to tell myself that it was the"},{"startTime":124.23,"endTime":129.15,"body":"year of yes, but this was December, 2022."},{"startTime":129.84,"endTime":134.07,"body":"So I decided I'm gonna start 2023"},{"startTime":129.84,"endTime":134.07,"body":"early. I know about y'all, but 2022,"},{"startTime":134.07,"endTime":138.42,"body":"I was ready to end that year."},{"startTime":134.07,"endTime":138.42,"body":"Oh, I was ready to end that year."},{"startTime":138.6,"endTime":142.14,"body":"So I said yes. Like"},{"startTime":194.5,"endTime":198.13,"body":"they were not just high on life,"},{"startTime":198.13,"endTime":199.75,"body":"they're high on their own supply."},{"startTime":198.13,"endTime":199.75,"body":"You know,"},{"startTime":199.75,"endTime":202.96,"body":"they were high on everything that is"},{"startTime":199.75,"endTime":202.96,"body":"good and happy. And so all of a sudden,"},{"startTime":203.08,"endTime":205.87,"body":"now I have to tell you, I have"},{"startTime":203.08,"endTime":205.87,"body":"had a standing ovation before,"},{"startTime":206.08,"endTime":209.56,"body":"but not on the regular. That right there."},{"startTime":237.43,"endTime":240.07,"body":"So I believe that when people"},{"startTime":237.43,"endTime":240.07,"body":"were giving me a standing ovation,"},{"startTime":240.07,"endTime":242.56,"body":"they were just giving themselves a"},{"startTime":240.07,"endTime":242.56,"body":"standing ovation. Okay, so the keynote ends"},{"startTime":242.57,"endTime":246.7,"body":"and then we get into this like uh,"},{"startTime":246.73,"endTime":249.76,"body":"q and a session and the q and a session"},{"startTime":246.73,"endTime":249.76,"body":"was going really well. And I was like,"},{"startTime":249.76,"endTime":250.81,"body":"okay, this is good, this is good."},{"startTime":250.81,"endTime":254.29,"body":"And then it came to a close and then"},{"startTime":250.81,"endTime":254.29,"body":"a woman raised her hand and she asked"},{"startTime":254.33,"endTime":257.35,"body":"Jasmine, how do you"},{"startTime":254.33,"endTime":257.35,"body":"deal with rude comments?"},{"startTime":258.0,"endTime":262.93,"body":"Now the day that this woman"},{"startTime":258.0,"endTime":262.93,"body":"is asking me how I deal with"},{"startTime":262.94,"endTime":263.773,"body":"rude comments,"},{"startTime":263.92,"endTime":268.86,"body":"little does she know that just"},{"startTime":263.92,"endTime":268.86,"body":"that morning on my Facebook"},{"startTime":268.87,"endTime":271.39,"body":"page, somebody had left"},{"startTime":268.87,"endTime":271.39,"body":"a comment and had said,"},{"startTime":271.66,"endTime":275.68,"body":"you wouldn't be where you were if it"},{"startTime":271.66,"endTime":275.68,"body":"wasn't for, and then she listed X, Y,"},{"startTime":275.68,"endTime":276.31,"body":"and Z."},{"startTime":276.31,"endTime":281.08,"body":"Why aren't you actually attributing credit"},{"startTime":276.31,"endTime":281.08,"body":"to who got you to where you are? Hmm."},{"startTime":281.89,"endTime":286.42,"body":"I read this comment and it kind"},{"startTime":281.89,"endTime":286.42,"body":"of just sucked the energy out"},{"startTime":286.87,"endTime":290.38,"body":"from where I was in that moment. So the energy shifts and then"},{"startTime":336.77,"endTime":340.0,"body":"I pause and y'all, if you don't know,"},{"startTime":340.0,"endTime":342.43,"body":"now you know I'm 50%"},{"startTime":340.0,"endTime":342.43,"body":"holy and I'm 50% hood."},{"startTime":342.61,"endTime":346.18,"body":"So I'm standing on this stage and I'm"},{"startTime":342.61,"endTime":346.18,"body":"debating how to answer brass knuckles and"},{"startTime":346.18,"endTime":347.65,"body":"asking somebody to hold my hoop earrings,"},{"startTime":347.68,"endTime":349.9,"body":"oh that didn't seem appropriate"},{"startTime":347.68,"endTime":349.9,"body":"in a room full of life coaches."},{"startTime":350.11,"endTime":353.92,"body":"Instead I've shared my three"},{"startTime":350.11,"endTime":353.92,"body":"part framework for how to"},{"startTime":354.31,"endTime":358.01,"body":"Number one, do I think that the"},{"startTime":354.31,"endTime":358.01,"body":"comment is rooted in vitriol,"},{"startTime":358.1,"endTime":362.78,"body":"falsities or hate? If yes, I'll delete"},{"startTime":358.1,"endTime":362.78,"body":"it cuz I ain't got time for that trash."},{"startTime":362.78,"endTime":367.34,"body":"Bye-bye. If not, then I move to my"},{"startTime":362.78,"endTime":367.34,"body":"second consideration. Number two,"},{"startTime":367.61,"endTime":371.42,"body":"do I want to respond?
