Okay,"},{"startTime":52.5,"endTime":54.27,"body":"I've been here, I've done that,"},{"startTime":54.3,"endTime":58.65,"body":"and so I can be the first to tell you"},{"startTime":54.3,"endTime":58.65,"body":"that these decisions are never easy."},{"startTime":59.22,"endTime":63.54,"body":"But I've noticed the best business"},{"startTime":59.22,"endTime":63.54,"body":"owners weigh their deadlines versus their"},{"startTime":63.6,"endTime":67.08,"body":"objectives. And it took me a really"},{"startTime":63.6,"endTime":67.08,"body":"long time to learn this. I didn't feel like the"},{"startTime":100.86,"endTime":104.91,"body":"messaging was as strong it could be,"},{"startTime":104.91,"endTime":108.15,"body":"and I was rushing our tech"},{"startTime":104.91,"endTime":108.15,"body":"department to meet these deadlines,"},{"startTime":108.45,"endTime":112.77,"body":"and I felt anxiety on the inside."},{"startTime":108.45,"endTime":112.77,"body":"And then like late one night, you know,"},{"startTime":112.86,"endTime":115.38,"body":"I was talking to jd, my"},{"startTime":112.86,"endTime":115.38,"body":"husband, my business partner,"},{"startTime":115.38,"endTime":117.9,"body":"and I was expressing these thoughts"},{"startTime":115.38,"endTime":117.9,"body":"and I was like, is the messaging right?"},{"startTime":117.93,"endTime":121.62,"body":"Am I putting too much pressure?"},{"startTime":117.93,"endTime":121.62,"body":"He looked at me and said, well,"},{"startTime":121.62,"endTime":125.34,"body":"why can't you move the deadline"},{"startTime":121.62,"endTime":125.34,"body":"\u003claugh\u003e? And I have to tell you,"},{"startTime":125.35,"endTime":126.72,"body":"it was such a simple question,"},{"startTime":126.72,"endTime":131.01,"body":"but it frustrated me because"},{"startTime":126.72,"endTime":131.01,"body":"at the moment I felt really"},{"startTime":131.01,"endTime":134.94,"body":"misunderstood. Like didn't he know"},{"startTime":131.01,"endTime":134.94,"body":"how important this promotion was?"},{"startTime":135.15,"endTime":138.54,"body":"Didn't he know like the goals and all"},{"startTime":135.15,"endTime":138.54,"body":"these expectations and how we were gonna"},{"startTime":138.54,"endTime":142.83,"body":"do it in quarter two and what this meant"},{"startTime":138.54,"endTime":142.83,"body":"for L T V and the lifetime value for"},{"startTime":142.84,"endTime":147.06,"body":"that particular year?
