On today’s podcast, I have a conversation with Andy McDonald, senior pastor of Florida Hospital Church. He has been the pastor there for more than 30 years—something that is not often seen in our faith community; a pastor being in the same church for that length of time. We had a wonderful, lively conversation about when he first arrived in the early '80s and going all the way to present day and what that journey has looked like, not only for the church but also for him as the pastor through all these years.
