David Pasqualone: Hey Mike, how are you today? 

Mike Lindell: I'm doing great. It's been a while. Lots of stuff is happening. It's the last time we were on. 

David Pasqualone: I know I've heard you and I just had a short communication before the show, and you filled my brain in like 30 seconds with all the things we need to catch up on.

So you were one of the, you were one of the busiest humans I've ever met. So why don't you just start off, last time we were on the show, we talked about how MyPillow won the trial. How there was a small judgment against you, but that's going into appeal. But even without that, there's so much going on in your world, in America.

Bring us up to speed, brother. 

Mike Lindell: Well, the, these kind of tie together. The biggest news is about, it's been about two weeks now and this goes back to the cyber symposium where a guy. It was very corrupt. He put in, I put on a $5 million challenge that if the evidence, if the data wasn't from the 2020 election, then [00:01:00] you got this $5 million.

It was to get cyber guys and, and the media and politicians all in one place in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and August of 21. Well. This lawsuit. There are, I mean this lawsuit, this challenge, this guy was the only one. Everyone there said, yes, of course the dad is from the 2020 election, you know, and I wouldn't have had the challenge otherwise.

Well, this guy went and he went before our panel and said, and he put a 15 ga page report together saying that he had that he believes that he would, he had won the 5 million or that it proved that the data wasn't from the 2020 election. It was a joke and we don't even know how the guy got in. I don't even believe he was a cyber guy or had the credentials, but so he got voted down.

Well then he took it to what's in the contract to binding arbitration. And this went to arbitration everybody in, in the spring or went in 2022. It went to arbitration. Now [00:02:00] in April of 20 23, 3 things happening happened in a one week time span. Dominion made a dirty deal with, fox News and paid him $787 million.

That was on a Tuesday. On a Wednesday the news came out. Mike Lindell lose his $5 million. His data is no good, his evidence is no good. And on Friday, Fox News fired Tucker Carlson because he was gonna start talking about the electronic voting machines. Now this all happened. What they've used, David, from that point on, they used that against me in everything we did in this country.

That wasn't the only evidence we had, by the way. By then, we had cast vote records. We had all the data files from all the states. It was piled up from here to the sun. Well, they used that against me in every single thing we did saying Your dad is no good. Mike Lindell's, a conspiracy theorist. Now, in the [00:03:00] Colorado trial that we just talked about last time I was on your show my my pillow was totally vindicated, but the old Frank speech and myself, they said we had, that we had owed money and well now let's, let's put that as a placeholder.

About two weeks ago, and this made national news, it went out to 58 countries. The the, we took that $5 million challenge and we appealed it to district court in Minnesota. The district court came back in 2020. Four, I think it was 2024. And they said, they said, yeah, the you, they did make mistakes at this panel.

'Cause he took it to binding arbitration and they said that I lost this $5 million. Well, it was it was so corrupt. I, I just wanna say that how bad that was. I don't have time to get into it, but we took it to district court then to appealed it. Normally you can't bring that a binding arbitration to appeal.

We did [00:04:00] and we lost. They said they made mistakes in the arbitration. But we're not gonna overturn the $5 million. So then my lawyers, now, this everybody, this is last November, I told my lawyers, I said, well, where do we go from here? Of course my dad is good. They're using this against us. And they said, well, you could go to federal court.

And, but the odds of getting something like this overturned are millions to one. It hadn't happened in 40 years. Well, you guys, with God, everything is possible. And two weeks ago, they overturned this. Mike Lindell doesn't owe any money. The data is from the 2020 election, and I was very surprised because every news outlet in the world picked it up except for Woo.

Fox News and Newsmax. They're not gonna report anything about our elections. Okay, so when this happened, now this is very key because now the [00:05:00] trial I just went to where they found Frank Speech and myself. That we owed this money, now we can request a new trial. You know why? Because they used that data, even though it was under appeal, they told, the judge said that that could be admitted under our objections to the jury.

And, so now we're going to get a new trial file for a new trial. And the appeal for me, my personal appeal, there's names for it. You got all these legal terms, but it's a win, win, win, win everybody. I mean, this is just unheard of and I've been celebrate for two weeks because this. Opens the door, you know, and the president congratulated me.

This was a big win of all the things to win going back in time that affected the whole country. This was probably one of the biggest ones because everybody, all the, all the bad people out there could point to. Well, Mike's, Mike's dad is no good. For one thing that was just a smidgen of the data, but that I had the [00:06:00] summer of 21 and and the challenge was it was from the 2020 election.

So that was a big development. It's been absolutely a whirlwind these last couple weeks now, because there's a lot of things we can go back and revisit and say, Hey, this data is real. You guys have been saying there's no evidence. There's no evidence. And by the way, everybody. I put everything on lindell tv.com.

One is data, ev data file evidence, and the other one is the Mesa County image. Tina Peters is actually sitting in prison for, because they want to kill her because of her doing her job basically.

That's where that's sitting. So this even affects that case indirectly. You know, they've got Tina getting out. She went to court to see if she could have the [00:07:00] judge sitting on that pending appeal. I told I was in DC and I told them the easiest way to get her out is take her out, make her a federal witness, put her in the Witness protection program and protect her from Janet Griswold and these, and Dominion in Colorado.

David Pasqualone: So that's 

Mike Lindell: one piece. Pretty exciting. 

David Pasqualone: Yeah, that's super exciting because. The truth will always come out and in eternity it'll be perfect, but sometimes it's frustrating while you have to wait on this earth. So it's so good to hear that the truth came out and all the lies and layers of lies that these people were using, mm-hmm.

To corrupt America are now being not just taken away, but hopefully burned and destroyed and they end up in prison. 

Mike Lindell: Right. Right. And they, yeah, this is opening up a lot of doors that were, that were shot. You know, that was a big win in Colorado for my pill. I was just on too. That's what you guys, that's such a big win too for my pillow.

Any show you're ever on and they, this person says something or they get sued for something and hey, let's do the advertisers too. 'cause they shouldn't have got behind that person, you know?

You know what I mean? Yeah. No. So this was, that was such a big win. And so you had two back to back big wins for our country, everybody. And they and by the way, here's a third win. I want to tell you this. So last time I think we talked, I was going to Washington, DC. And to meet a couple different things.

Well, one of the [00:09:00] things with our president that I brought to him, this is called Earn employee Retention Credits. Everybody, if you have a company out there and you are open during the China virus, they're called employee retention Credits. And these credits with the checks came in 22, 23, 24. Some people haven't even got 'em yet, but when you got 'em.

Most companies just put 'em in a bank and report it as income like you would normally do with something like that. Well, under the Biden administration, under their IRS, they wanted you to go back and pay taxes on the year of the China virus that it affected, in effect redoing all your taxes for nothing, moving the tax back.

And then you'd have to be, and, and you've already paid the tax. So in other words, you could even be double taxed. It was just the biggest mess. And this was brought up to our president and you guys, he fixed it like, you know, less than two weeks. It's now if you're, if [00:10:00] you're one of the ones involved with that now, if you go to the IRS code, here's what it reads now, everybody.

You can, if you're a business owner and you got those checks and you just put 'em in the bank and declared the income, that's fine. Or if you wanna go back and redo your taxes and pay it in the other year, that's fine too. You could do it either way. 

David Pasqualone: Yeah. And that is a lot of small business owners. It affected, but the scale to which.

Larger businesses had to deal with it. It was quite, quite a mess. 

Mike Lindell: Oh, it's a huge, it was a big, it was a huge mess and still is for my pillow. With my pillow. We got our checks in 22 and we paid the taxes on 'em. Well, we all got bills in the mail. For, to pay all this money in 21, all the stockholders have to do that.

So you're paying tax on money you never received until 22. So in our case, when you go back into it, all these tax returns and then we, we, they were paid by [00:11:00] a loss. It becomes a, it's a nightmare. And but yeah, a big companies, it affects every single stockholder and, and then to redo, like in my pills case, if we were made to do this, we would do 50 tax returns for over a hundred stockholders in all 50 states for 20, 20, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24.

Because each one affects the next year. Yeah. By the time you're done, by the time you're done, 

David Pasqualone: you owe money. 

Mike Lindell: Yeah. Yeah, exactly. I mean, it's just unreal. But they but yes, but that was a big win. I mean, I, you know, I just love our president. He bring, he's a problem, here's the solution, but he knows what it's gonna manifest to.

And that's a, just a huge thing. And but, but I'm, i'm really looking forward to the to now my teams that are in all the states for the election to get rid of the voting machines, get to paper ballots. We have great, great things going on. I told you last time there's many blocks, but now we're gonna be able to dive back in a lot of these places where we were blocked before because they, they [00:12:00] just, you know, they read too much in the paper or in the, on the fake news going.

Mike Ell, the conspiracy theorist. The data's no good. The data is, you know, so this is big. It kind of, it kind of goes back to when he, they used this stuff in the media for so long and it's all getting uncovered back when Chris Krebs, who oh, Donald Trump appointed and he worked for the DNI and and he said, may everybody remembers this quote.

This is the most secure election ever. The mo. And he and, and he said this five days after the election, you haven't even looked at the election. How do you make a comment like that? Our government making this corrupt comment and then they find out how bad he corrupt he was. Three months later he said on tv, and they said, they asked Chris Krems, what's the most, what's the most biggest threat to our nation? And he said, bar none. A cyber attack by China. Right down to the local races are you? And but it wasn't. It was fine. In 20, 23 months later you say it's our biggest threat, which he never looked into it. I've been looking into it for four [00:13:00] and a half years that none of 'em never looked into it.

They should all go to prison. 'cause they probably already knew, you know?

Our voice has to stay big and share this [00:28:00] far and wide and all the information and you, you probably, the difference we have this time is we have a much bigger voice this time around than we did before, and we know God wins in the end, but we're, well, we broke through so many doors, everybody, and then you see what's happened naturally. Like you say, the truth always comes out and we sometimes we have to, it's on, well, we have to be patient.

It's on God's timing, but I'll tell you. The the doors are opening that no man can shut right now, and it's gonna be amazing. Of them saying, this is what you submitted, huge fake documents. That's huge. So if we can share that, just say, Hey, if you haven't heard.

You know, the news is mm-hmm. Mike, Mike [00:29:00] can't take, he can't take an accidental turn without being on the front page of the newspaper or seeing him bashing him in Jimmy Kimmel. Right. But yeah, he, he has a big victory to that says, Hey, these people lied. These people stole. These people cheated. And the world's like, oh, oops.

So, yeah, yeah. Put, put it out there. Let people know that, hey, he was accused of this never happened. So

I mean, they, and so that's pretty, it was pretty, but I'll tell you, everybody say, well, Mike did it. People are calling me. Did it feel good to be [00:30:00] vindicated? I, I'll feel good when the machines are gone and we have paper ballots, hand counted, then, then I'll rest for a while. Maybe go, maybe go golfing at that time.
