On this weeks show we are doing a bit of refection. As we quickly approach our 100th episode I think back to #1 and can't believe we are here. Not that I didn't think we would make it this far, but often when we start something new it's hard for us to see into the future on what it could become. I discuss my real motivation for keeping the show going and why it's important to maintain consistency in process. If you have been rocking with me this long, thanks!
