Passion To Profits - Make Money From What You Create
You’re a creative expert. You might already be earning an income as a writer, author, videographer, photographer, filmmaker, musician, or artist. And you're looking to transition from being a freelancer for hire to monetizing your creative expertise.
Perhaps you’ve been thinking about starting a podcast, launching a product, building a course, writing a book, forming a community, starting a YouTube channel, or hosting a live event. You want to leverage your experience, skills, and knowledge to build new income streams for yourself so you can get out of the “rat race” - stop trading your time for money.
I get you. I'm married to a creative person. We've built several income streams together. And I work with creatives to package, price, and promote their expertise all the time.
On this podcast, I'll discuss and bring on guests to discuss proven frameworks (like marketing funnels, value ladders, marketing flywheels, and building communities from podcasts).
And, we're going to make it fun. In between all the serious talk, we're going to throw in some humor, dad jokes, to make this process playful and entertaining.
I'll coach creatives, in real-time on the show, how to transition from freelancer to expert. We'll discover together what income streams are right for you, so you can create new income streams and get paid whether you're working or not.

411 - Farts, Fame and Faith with YouTube Prankster Jack Vale
OK, this is a little different episode than you may be used to...but I think that's good. It's time we loosened things up a little bit around here. Being courageous doesn't always mean you have be serious.
I had a great time talking with one of my favorite YouTubers, Jack Vale. When, I happened to bump into him months ago, I'm glad I had the courage to come up and say 'hi'.
You'll know Jack from his endless collection of farting videos on YouTube - which he started doing just to sell his product, The Pooter! From there, he's branched out into making all sorts of videos, TV specials and acted in movies along the way.
His favorite video, he mentions is I Got Punched For Farting.
His LEAST favorite videos are Spider Web Prank and Sour Candy.
One of my favorites is Interrupting Telemarketers.
He grew up a Christian and purposely keeps his content family-friendly. And, yes, that includes farting - everybody does it, right?!
In addition to the hilarious rabbit trails we take, we also covered a great deal of his spiritual journey and the importance of sharing Christ as he gets older. His perspective shifts the more opportunities he gets to demonstrate his faith, like during a recent trip to Haiti with Compassion International.
And it was that part of our talk that led me to give an invitation to follow Christ at the end of this episode.
