Today on The Bay Area Beat, we are in conversation with Kim Clark, Silicon Valley Internal Communications Expert, as she discusses Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace and beyond. Kim describes her role as a “Culture of Belonging Designer.”
Kim has had a wide and varied career that has led her on this path helping corporations create an inclusive workplace for all. She has shared her talents with GoDaddy, NetApp and GitHub, just to name a few. She also was co-producer of the groundbreaking 2006 independent film “God and Gays: Bridging the Gap.”
