Kahea Pacheco is the co-director of a nonprofit organization called Women’s Earth Alliance. Women’s Earth Alliance is on a mission to protect our environment, end the climate crisis, and ensure a just thriving world by empowering women’s leadership. WEA aims to elevate women leaders around the world who are protecting the earth and taking bold action against climate change.
WEA provides leadership, strategy, and technical training for women leaders to scale their climate and environmental initiatives while connecting them to a global alliance of peers, mentors and funders.
