Christy McCaffrey is the owner, producer, and host of the podcast. She focuses on a theme of compassion, highlighting a diverse group of guests, each working in their own unique way to make a difference in their communities and society. 

Flo Byarms is the director of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine community wellness initiative. Flo works to build and strengthen community relationships by implementing and managing wellness programs and devising new opportunities to develop and enhance community wellness initiatives at PCOM’s three locations.

Flo joins the show to talk about how these programs help support and sustain the physical, mental, nutritional, and environmental wellness of the individuals in the college’s surrounding communities.
