Dr. Jocelyn Akins is a wildlife biologist and the founder of Cascades Carnivore Project, a conservation science non-governmental organization working to promote the conservation of carnivores and their ecological communities in the Cascade Range through research, community engagement, and collaboration. She earned a Ph.D. in Conservation Genetics from the University of California Davis and has over twenty years of experience in wildlife conservation research. She has done studies with the Red Fox and Wolverines in Washington's Cascade Range. This interview describes her work with Red Fox.
