Jay Shell talks to Mark Romanski, who has been a Park Ranger Biologist and natural Resource Manager at Isle Royale National Park in Lake Superior for 25 years. Mark has hiked all 175 miles of trail on 45 mile-long Isle Royale and participates in the the annual census of moose and the Great Lakes Inventory. He has a Master’s degree in Ecology from Michigan Tech and did graduate studies of beaver ecology. In this interview, Mark talks about the Wolf-Moose interaction at Isle Royale and the other wildlife that inhabit the island.
