027 – Jesus' "Parable of the Sower" has more than one meaning

It's not just about Jesus preaching the gospel. It's also about where and what kind of seeds of faith we plant in our hearts and our lives.

In this episode I talk about how our faith is like a seed:

  • It's not enough to have seeds (faith). You have to plant them.
  • It's not about how big your faith is, but whether it's alive.
  • You never know how much good can come from one seed, one small act of faith.
  • It's our job to plant the seeds (live our faith). God takes care of making everything grow.
  • The law of the harvest never fails: we reap what we sow.

Here's one of them:
Isaiah 61:11
"For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to sprout up, so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to sprout up before all the nations."

Who would you like to share this with today?

Blessings,
James
