Beyond The Bump is a podcast brought to you by Jayde Couldwell and Sophie Pearce! A podcast targeted at mums, just like you! A place to have real conversations with honest and authentic people.

In our forty fifth episode of Beyond the Bump, we chat to Ellie Bullen from @elsa_wholesomelife about Becoming a Mother to her beautiful son Bowie. We dive into how her and her husband Alex knew they were ready for kids, how her pregnancy was and whether as a nutritionist she was able to eat anything other than beige foods (spoiler alert: she's mortal like the rest of us and no, she couldn't). We chat about her birth and feeling some pressure to deliver "naturally", those newborn days, her favourite newborn products, her feelings towards her post party bod, what its like mainly having friends who don't have children and soooo much more!

This episode of Beyond The Bump is sponsored Modibodi

Modibodi underwear is the new way to period - they’re sustainable and made to make you feel... however you want to feel. An Australian company created to go with your body’s natural flow and absorb all leaks - periods, discharge, incontinence and sweat.

Pads, tampons and other disposable menstrual products contain plastic and toxins and can take between 500-800 years to break down in landfill, Modibodi realised that there must be another way to navigate these phases of our life that is better for the environment and our bodies. And now that they have extended their vegan range, they are even more sustainable!

Sophie loved wearing the Modibodi underwear when she came home from hospital after having Goldie and had some ongoing bleeding, it helped boost her confidence without feeling like she had a boat of a pad between my legs.

Jayde personally, can’t stand using breast pads, so she wishes she had known about their breastfeeding singlet after having Yumi cause it would’ve saved her from A LOT of milk stained laundry!

So whether its periods, unwanted sweat, a weak pelvic floor or milky boobs, the Modibodi range provides support for all stages of life with sustainable support so you can focus on ALL the other things that get thrown at you!
