How we treat them with our diet and exercise is important for us spiritually, not because of how we look but because our physical bodies are what we use to care for and love people. In this conversation with Holly Roser, McKenna asks about what it looks like to steward and care for our bodies well through fitness.

Holly Roser and her husband Johnathan have been attending New North for years now. Holly is a certified Personal Trainer and a certified Sports Nutritionist in New York City and San Francisco. She has 15 years of experience in fitness, including 10 personal training certifications.
