Soooo, we celebrated our anniversary this month! Can you believe that it’s been a year already? Hard to believe, but 27 episodes later, here we are! So when we were looking back at our last year in the podcasting space, it made us reflect on the recent conversations about ownership amongst podcasters. Made us think: are we too complicit in the idea of having a boss? This led to a discussion about how the structure of jobs impact creatives, especially coming straight out of uni.
