Join Martin , Rich and Matt as they sit down with ex Ipswich Town F.C legend Frank Yallop for an open and honest chat about his playing days at Portman Road. 

Frank joined ITFC in 1983 signing papers at the age of 19. Frank would go on to play 385 games for Ipswich Town scoring 9 goals including goals against Tottenham and Manchester United. 

Apart of a legendry team in the early 90's this show promises to be big on stories and reliving the glory days under manager John Lyall and co. 

As well as playing for the super Blues Frank would go on to represent his native Canada at International level making 52 caps.

Post football playing days Frank Yallop went into managing and has managed sides such as San Jose Earthquakes, LA Galaxy and of course managing his country Canada at the international level
