rumination."},{"startTime":688.364,"endTime":694.897,"body":"Rumination, if you go back to like where that word comes from, it's like how a cow up"},{"startTime":694.897,"endTime":703.934,"body":"and it chews it some more and then it goes back into its stomach and it chews it depression,"},{"startTime":750.362,"endTime":760.259,"body":"something called behavioral activation is just as effective as uh any other cognitive"},{"startTime":750.362,"endTime":760.259,"body":"behavioral therapy, but also as medication."},{"startTime":760.259,"endTime":768.265,"body":"And behavioral activation is just exactly what you talked about about your depression"},{"startTime":760.259,"endTime":768.265,"body":"days, where you just get up and do something."},{"startTime":768.265,"endTime":778.582,"body":"So just activating behaviorally actually is a very effective first start, jump start for"},{"startTime":768.265,"endTime":778.582,"body":"people with mild to moderate depression."},{"startTime":778.926,"endTime":785.581,"body":"It's actually though, not what's happening if you're sitting there talking to your phone"},{"startTime":778.926,"endTime":785.581,"body":"and talking to your AI."},{"startTime":785.581,"endTime":788.864,"body":"That's like the opposite of behavioral activation."},{"startTime":788.864,"endTime":792.787,"body":"That's all that's doing is just sort of facilitating the brumination."},{"startTime":792.787,"endTime":804.916,"body":"And it's, you're probably gonna be even less likely to get out into the world and start"},{"startTime":792.787,"endTime":804.916,"body":"behaving and start doing those things that are gonna naturally start to undo
