Being the first Indian Optometrist awarded  with the prestigious-  Diplomate of American Academy of optometry, she shares how her failure helped her become even more stronger and aim for higher goals. We discuss about her new initiative to start the American Academy of Optometry-India chapter and how she aims to create collaborations in the field of optometry.

Being a daughter, wife, mother of two kids, faculty and a researcher she talks how to manage work life balance and also the importance of "Me Time" for all the ambitious women out there.
