And by 42,"},{"startTime":240.755,"endTime":242.777,"body":"85% of those eggs are genetically"},{"startTime":242.825,"endTime":245.725,"body":"abnormal. And on"},{"startTime":326.145,"endTime":327.147,"body":"the same token, if you."},{"startTime":327.169,"endTime":329.521,"body":"Have someone who, let's say, is 22,"},{"startTime":329.971,"endTime":332.047,"body":"and let's say their ovarian reserve is."},{"startTime":332.069,"endTime":334.747,"body":"That of someone who's 44, someone who's."},{"startTime":334.779,"endTime":336.687,"body":"44 in a normal way, not good."},{"startTime":336.789,"endTime":339.603,"body":"But 44 average, what you would"},{"startTime":339.657,"endTime":342.051,"body":"find is that their chances are much"},{"startTime":342.121,"endTime":344.787,"body":"better. Even though they might only make a."},{"startTime":344.809,"endTime":347.135,"body":"Few eggs, like three eggs, because they're."},{"startTime":347.183,"endTime":349.671,"body":"Young, their eggs might be"},{"startTime":349.741,"endTime":352.423,"body":"acting older, meaning with regards to"},{"startTime":352.477,"endTime":354.899,"body":"response, but technically."},{"startTime":354.995,"endTime":357.711,"body":"Because of the genetics and, because there is more likelihood the"},{"startTime":357.733,"endTime":358.719,"body":"embryos will."},{"startTime":358.757,"endTime":361.467,"body":"Be normal, their chances are better."},{"startTime":361.621,"endTime":363.331,"body":"And what's important is there is a."},{"startTime":363.353,"endTime":365.907,"body":"Steep decline after age"},{"startTime":365.961,"endTime":368.307,"body":"35. So"},{"startTime":393.153,"endTime":396.011,"body":"again, they weren't trying to just get pregnant, but just not trying not to get"},{"startTime":396.033,"endTime":398.983,"body":"pregnant. Around 60% of the women aged"},{"startTime":398.999,"endTime":399.659,"body":"35."},{"startTime":399.777,"endTime":402.751,"body":"Will conceive within a year. But compared to"},{"startTime":402.773,"endTime":405.631,"body":"people who are 20 to 24, 86% of"},{"startTime":405.653,"endTime":407.439,"body":"them would conceive within a year."},{"startTime":407.557,"endTime":409.407,"body":"And the result of this is because."},{"startTime":409.541,"endTime":412.447,"body":"When you are younger, you have more"},{"startTime":412.501,"endTime":415.459,"body":"eggs that are genetically normal. And as you get"},{"startTime":415.497,"endTime":418.067,"body":"older, it's always going to get"},{"startTime":418.121,"endTime":418.847,"body":"poorer."},{"startTime":418.991,"endTime":420.611,"body":"It doesn't matter if you have the."},{"startTime":420.633,"endTime":423.235,"body":"Best looking eggs on earth, it's always."},{"startTime":423.305,"endTime":426.183,"body":"Going to be lower. And so this is an important"},{"startTime":426.269,"endTime":429.127,"body":"concept, because this could, in some ways,"},{"startTime":429.261,"endTime":432.087,"body":"make someone be overconfident. I've had some women"},{"startTime":432.141,"endTime":433.299,"body":"who are advanced."},{"startTime":433.347,"endTime":435.959,"body":"Age, and they'll say, oh, I'm not too"},{"startTime":435.997,"endTime":436.355,"body":"worried."},{"startTime":436.435,"endTime":437.751,"body":"I've been told my eggs are that."},{"startTime":437.773,"endTime":439.591,"body":"Of a 25 year old, and this."},{"startTime":439.613,"endTime":440.993,"body":"Is someone who's, 40 speaking to."},{"startTime":441.015,"endTime":442.753,"body":"Me, and I have to tell them."},{"startTime":442.775,"endTime":445.713,"body":"No, that's actually not true. You might make eggs like"},{"startTime":445.735,"endTime":448.577,"body":"a 40, I mean, like someone who's younger, but"},{"startTime":448.647,"endTime":450.561,"body":"your eggs are still acting like someone."},{"startTime":450.599,"endTime":452.133,"body":"Who'S 40 years of age."},{"startTime":452.315,"endTime":454.613,"body":"The genetics will not change."},{"startTime":454.795,"endTime":456.223,"body":"Now, I don't want to make."},{"startTime":456.245,"endTime":459.163,"body":"You feel like, oh, the clock hits 40, and now it's"},{"startTime":459.195,"endTime":462.107,"body":"all bad. They're"},{"startTime":478.355,"endTime":480.743,"body":"not saying that eggs genetically are."},{"startTime":480.765,"endTime":483.719,"body":"Going to be acting that age. They're just talking about"},{"startTime":483.853,"endTime":484.563,"body":"how well they're."},{"startTime":484.595,"endTime":487.559,"body":"Going to respond to medication.
