They have over 60 years of combined experience in teaching, public speaking, counseling, ministry, and coaching. After much prayer, Merrill and Linda made the decision to step down from their full time positions in the church and public school to focus on strengthening families. Linda and Merrill Hutchinson have the conversation of working through the new normal. Kids are getting ready to try to go back to school and COVID -19 is still on the rise. What will this school year look like? What are we to do as parents? How can we help our kids succeed in this environment? Staying physically healthy is a primary concern, but restricting our kids to staying locked in the house is no way to keep them healthy emotionally, mentally, or spiritually.

During this show, Linda and Merrill take a serious look at how they plan to help their kids succeed during this season of COVID. In a given moment of time, we will never have all the answers. Yes, we risk making a decision today that in hindsight might turn out to not be the best decision. None the less, we must move forward. We must teach our kids to make decisions based on the information they have today, but once they make the decision they must have a level of faith.

This is a great time to teach our kids about the importance of having faith. Not faith in humans, but faith in a God that loves them and will carry them through the most difficult times in this life and the life after.
