Are you tired of failing at your diet and exercise program?  Most of us are.  We get tired of setting these lofty goals only to find ourselves defeated in a matter of weeks.  Why?  It really comes down to our approach and how we are wired as an individual.  What works for one person is sure to be a failure for another.  For this reason, you have to really understand who you are and how you are wired.  
Some of us are natural workout fans.  We look forward to that part of our day and are bothered when we are not able to incorporate a good workout into our waking hours.  On the other hand, some of us despise working out.  We dread going to the gym, because it's not our nature.  We look for every reason under the sun to skip the workout. On this show of Rock Solid Radio, Merrill and Linda take on the subject of how to be your best when it comes to diet and exercise programs.  How to build our diet and exercise plans into a lifestyle that makes sense for us.
