On this episode, Ella talks about how she was able to build a clientele in Phoenix, Denver, and Oregon. Her approach was talking to artists raising awareness about mega volume lashes and renting a room a couple times a month gaining experience and getting to travel while getting her name out there
She talks about how being authentic affected being able to be a brand ambassador for a large brand resulting in her getting ghosted by the company and then we get into how many different definitions there are of success
She also talks about how she is a spiritual mentor and explains how she incorporates this into her Mega Lash Mastery courses because she wants it to make it not only an experience but healing and refreshing for the students. She teaches her students about crystals and third eye protection.
We talk about the time Ella read my tarot cards and how dead on she was. She also tells us about her taboo upbringing.
We discuss varieties and variables of mega volume and how everyone has different definitions of what exactly they are. She fills us in on a new terminology she’s been working on for mega volume that she will release in 2020.
