As a born again believer, your parent's DNA and genetics do not determine your destiny or purpose, neither does your past, your wrong thinking or the bad things that have happened to you. Not even the neighborhood and environment you grew up in, they do not determine your destiny or purpose.
You are in Christ and as such, you are a New Creation and your purpose and destiny are in Christ because your identification is with Him and not with anything else!
