Thanks for tuning in to the Armor Men’s Health Hour Podcast today, where we bring you the latest and greatest in urology care and the best urology humor out there.
In this segment Dr. Mistry and Donna Lee continue their conversation with Dr. Geoffrey Cox, of South Oaks Family Medicine.
Dr. Cox answers a question that many people who are on medications find themselves asking their doctors: "How do I get off of my medications?" Most would agree that not needing to take a medication would be ideal; however, it may be the best form of treatment, at least at first. Dr. Cox's reply to this question is "What are you willing to do?", and reminds us that lowering or removing a medication is an option, but does require lifestyle changes and a commitment to improving health.
Our docs today discuss cardiovascular disease risk and leave our listeners with tips to start making some positive food and fitness changes. You won't want to miss it!
