I've had two TURPs and other procedures in the past. I have been to several urologists recently and they tell me I need another TURP. I do not want to do that without solving the pain problems first. Help." 

Dr. Mistry explains the many causes of pain below the belt and how they're related to the pelvic floor, which is like a "muscle basket support system" that supports all of our pelvic organs. This episode also describes the TURP procedure (TransUrethral Resection of the Prostate) and cases in which it may or may not be effective.
