Also in this segment, Dr. Mistry and Donna Lee answer listener questions about spermatoceles and penile shortening without the curvature typically associated with Peyronie's.  Dr. Mistry explains how to distinguish a spermatocele (a small, non-cancerous, fluid-filled structure that lives behind the testicle and comes off of the epididymis) and a hydrocele (a fluid-filled sack that surrounds a testicle). Regardless of the cause, all testis masses should be immediately evaluated. NAU Urology Specialists will get you in ASAP to have any lumps or bumps in your testis area professionally diagnosed. Also in this episode is a review of the ever-popular topic of Peyronie's disease, the plaques that cause it, and the treatments available.

This segment was previously aired on January 9, 2021.

Dr. Mistry is a board-certified urologist and has been treating patients in the Austin and Greater Williamson County area since he started his private practice in 2007.
