Hey everyone, welcome to this quick minute with Shana happy Monday. I'm actually recording this on Sunday as we're driving home from an amazing weekend at our friend's cottage and it was really nice to have some downtime and some sun and some good conversation and we're in the car currently just driving home and I thought this would be an awesome opportunity to share a little bit about something I shared last week on my Instagram TV. So if you go to Accion to record, you can see it there. But I'm also going to chart chat about it here with you guys this morning. And it's something that I was talking about was about, or what I was talking about in that video was about, um, is it, is what you're doing day in and day out for work or in your life? Is it bringing you joy? And if it's not, you know, how can we take steps to find the things that bring us joy in our life. And you know, one of the things that, you know, I look back at my career when I worked at corporate, you know, I, I liked what I did. Um, I liked the work. I didn't necessarily love being in that corporate environment, having people, you know, coming to me and telling me what I had to do or when I could take time off or, you know, what time I had to be at work and what time I could leave. And I didn't love any of that kind of, you know, day to day nine to five kind of corporate stuff. And I always knew that I wanted to be my own boss, be entrepreneur. Um, I didn't know what that was going to look like for me. I didn't know how that was going to look. Um, I thought it was gonna be and something in graphic design, but which is what I did before I became an entrepreneur. But, um, you know, it led me down a path where I, you know, I started in network marketing and then recently I have shifted into becoming online coach, business coach will strategy coach and you know, looking at what I'm doing now, I like the fulfillment and the joy that I have. Like every morning I wake up and I love working on my business. I love helping my clients. I love coming up with programs and thinking about new ways that I can reach people and help people, especially females, you know, build an online business and do something that they love and feel passionate about. And for me, the contrast, the contrast of being somebody who's been in corporate and not loving getting up everyday, feeling that stress on Sundays, I'm not love going into work every morning and rushing the kids to where they needed to be and you know, feeling all that in the contrast of doing something today where like I can't wait to get out of bed and start working on something and the project that I have going on from my clients are doing like the thing that lights me up and watching my clients, you know, start these businesses and have these things that they're doing that they love. Like that's really fulfilling, that's joyful for me. And in the contrast I can see, you know, how unfulfilling what I was doing before was. And so that's why I wanted to ask you guys like, is what you're doing right now is it bring you joy? Because here's the other thing to this, you guys, is that when you're doing things that make you happy, that make you feel joyful or that make you feel positive or that make you feel good. Like, there's that, you know, you hear people say this all the time, they're in alignment. Well that just means like they're, they're feeling good, they're feeling positive and they're feeling happy and, and um, it's just, uh, it's just, you just feel good all around, right? That is a positive high frequency that you're vibrating at when you feel that way. And the thing is, is that all the things that we want in life, money, you know, happiness, like all the things like whatever it is that you, that you want life when you think about it, it makes you feel good and you're excited about it. The only way to attract those things to you is to vibrate at that same frequency that those things are vibrating at. When you think about those things and more, I think about moving to California and living in this beautiful home on the ocean and walking the beach and I always joke with my husband and that we're going to go to this like awesome market and get all this fresh fruit and vegetables for ourselves every day. And like I was this whole vision, like I start vibrating really high. Like I started feeling really good and I'm really excited and positive and I see the vision in my head. So in order for me to attract that lifestyle that I want so badly to me, I have to do, he newly keep trying to vibrate in that same space. Like attracts like guess where money vibrates, money vibrates in that high positive space. It's in that high frequency space. So if you want to attract more money to you, you need to be vibrating in that same place. So going back to is what you do is what you are doing day out and day in and day out bringing you joy or are you feeling stressed and anxious and you know, maybe angry or frustrated or sad. You know when you're going into your day job, you've be thinking about where is that vibrating you at? It's vibrating or the very bottom or low end of the vibration scale and you're attracting things that are vibrating that low space to you, right? Because like attracts like. So things that you know, you might find that you're always stuck in traffic or you're always frustrated with this or you know, things just don't work out for you or there's always like something happening. And so when you look at your reality, when you look at your life and, and things that are happening to your, are happening around you, you got to really look inward at yourself and go like, are you attracting those things to you through the way that you're vibrating and thinking and going about your day? Because it really does. I truly believe, make an impact, right? Your, your, your outer reality is created by your inner thoughts and vibrations and feelings. So if you want to have good things happening to you, gotta be vibrating high. So if you're not, if day in and day out, you're doing something you don't love, you're doing something that makes you feel miserable, then you need to start to take steps in changing that. And so that's what I want to share with you guys today is how to start taking those steps. So it's funny because my husband right now is going through this space where he wants to start creating artwork and he wants to, he's got this vision and I actually see this vision too and it's so cool and it's been in his mind for a long time and I keep saying to him, Ben, I'm like, I know it's kind of, it's overwhelming to think about just making a career change. And, and I, you know, even with him, I'm not asking him to quit what he's doing and start painting or, and I'm not saying to him that's how he needs to do it, but he does need to take the first step. He needs to buy the canvas. He needs to start looking at our books. He needs to maybe buy some paint, you know, doesn't mean he's got to just quit everything and start creating art tomorrow. But you need to start taking the step. And so the same thing goes with you. If you're doing something that you don't love, if you're doing something that doesn't bring you joy, then what does bring you joy? Like, what is the thing that you love to do? What does make you happy? You know, if it's cooking or if it's fitness or like if you're in accounting and you hate accounting, you do that day in and day out, but fitness is something you really love and teaching people how to live healthier, something you really love and maybe you do it as a hobby right now or maybe you're just doing it for yourself right now, but it's something really into, okay, well what would be a first step that you can take to start maybe shifting into that direction of that thing that brings you joy? Is it, is there a book on how to start a healthy living business or is there a group, a club you can join or is there, um, you know, a podcast you could start listening to like just one small step towards that thing that you love. And then what happens is, is when you take that first step and you start entering into that space, you start thinking about it and you start vibrating and you're excited because of what you're doing. The next step will appear. You don't have to know how to all of a sudden become, you know, a fitness expert and teach people how to be in fitness. But you, you need to know that that's if what you want to do, you need to know that and you need to start taking small steps towards that and the next step will appear and the next thing will appear. And before you know it, maybe you're starting an online fitness group on Facebook and maybe you created an Instagram account to start sharing some fitness tips. And then before you know it, maybe somebody reaching out to you saying, Hey, listen, do you do personal coaching? And, and then you know, you hear this a lot. There's a lot of accidental entrepreneurs out there who have these businesses that got started because they just started taking steps towards something that they felt attracted to, something that made them happy, something that lit them up. And now they have these businesses because they started doing something they loved and they started moving towards that direction and it made them feel good and it started attracting more things to them that was going to help in the success of creating that business. So you know, my point of this message today is really like, look at your life and look at what you're doing and is it bringing you joy? And if it's not, it doesn't mean you have to like quit everything and start over. But what small steps can you do today? You know, what book could you buy? What podcasts could you subscribe to? You know, what group on Facebook could you join? What you know, club in your, in your, um, in your neighborhood or your city or your town. Could you join to start doing some of the things that do bring you joy, that do help you rise or vibrate on that positive side of the scale so that you can start attracting more of the things to you that you need in order to live that high vibe in fulfilled joy filled life. And is it always going to be that way? No, there's always going to be ups and downs. There's always gonna be things that shake us off our access and you know, things that we have to deal with and obstacles that show up. But those obstacles, those things, they're there to help grow us. They're there to help make us think differently and you know, learn something and like evolve. Um, but in the best ways possible. So you just have to just start doing the things like, you know, in My, my coaching business, you know, I, I started doing this because I love teaching and I love what I do. I wake up every morning and I'm like, what can I do today for my business? But here's the thing, it's not always perfect. There's days where it's tough, there's days where it's hard, but even through the hard, I still love doing it. I still love trying to figure it out. I still love trying to, you know, overcome the obstacle and move towards the next thing, which tells me I'm doing the thing that I should be doing. I'm following my purpose, my path. And vibrate high when I'm doing my business. I love it. So how can you do more of that? How can you add more high vibe and positivity in your life to start attracting those awesome things that I know you all have on your vision boards? I know you've got dreams and goals to in order to attract those to you guys, you gotta be vibrating at that same frequency. So how can you add more of that kind of thing to your life? So anyways, I hope that you guys found this helpful. I hope that you can do something this week, even today to start moving towards that thing. Even if just journaling right now, just pick up a pen and paper and start journaling about what does bring me joy, what things do I love to do and how can I do more of those things in my life? Even if that's just where you're starting. It doesn't mean you have to start the business tomorrow, but just start thinking about increasing awareness around how you're vibrating on a day to day basis, how you're feeling on a day to day basis. What thoughts are you having daily? You know, cause I know when I look back at my corporate days, man, I came home from work and a lot of days I was frustrated and I was complaining and I was just like, it was, it was not a positive space. And not that the place I worked for wasn't positive. I just wasn't in a positive space when I was there. And so I, I, I made shifts. I made changes to help move me towards something that was more in alignment with, with me and who I am and what, what lit me up and what made me feel good. So that's my challenge for you guys today.
