Speaker 2:

whether you're selling widgets, it doesn't matter if we have a business. We need to have people that we're going to be talking to, people that we're going to be calling in to take a look at our products, our services and these days because they're, you know, with social media and online and being able to google search anything and everything. We need to be really specific and who we're talking to you because the space is so. It's so big and there are so many people who are jumping into having an online business that we need to really set ourselves apart in order to call in the people who we can help and serve with our products or services or coaching our are our things. And so I recently did a training and it was so powerful listening about how to really pinpoint in your ideal client and uh, and then how to figure out what kind of things you can serve up, what kind of value you can offer them through social, through online and social media space to call them in. And so you know it. Because here's the thing too. If you're in a business, let's say you're in health and wellness, let's say you sell health and wellness product or let's say you were a coach in the health and wellness place to say that you coach people to be healthier is too general because there are thousands of people, millions of people out there who coach people to be healthier. So it's about getting a lot more specific about who you help get healthier. And, and oftentimes when you're thinking about your ideal client or your niche, when you're thinking about who you serve best, who is that ideal person that you're going to relate to and connect to? 90 nine point nine percent of the times, that person is going to be a former version of you. So I know for me, when I look at my specific niche, I'm looking for female entrepreneurs who most likely have been in a network marketing business of some sort who want to expand even further and become an online entrepreneur in a bigger capacity. They've had a taste of, of being entrepreneurs with the network marketing business and they're looking to grow and serve, whether it be coach or whether it be, um, you know, have some sort of online business presence that goes outside and beyond their network marketing business. And I serve that niche, who want to do that, but don't know how. They don't know how to build the pieces. They don't know what to do. They don't know how to put the podcast together. They don't know how to build the website. They don't know how to do the things outside of what their, you know, possibly their network marketing company has already given them. And so I helped them expand in that place. So my niche is pretty specific when you narrow it down. Now, if I just said I'm an online business coach who helps people build businesses, well there's, there's, there's thousands of them out there, there's millions of them out there. So it's about getting really specific about who you serve and how you help them. And like I said, 99 point nine percent of the time, if you look at yourself, it's a former version of you. So when you think of what did you go through, what have you experienced, where have you been this, this, you know, falls in line with my last episode of finding your passion. If you think about the place that you've been and how far you've come, most likely you're looking to serve somebody who's been in that space. So another example would be if you're, um, in the health and wellness and you want to help specifically, you know, narrow down your ideal, your ideal clients. Well, did you have a weight loss journey, you know, and what was it that triggered your weight loss journey? Was it a separation, a divorce? Was it, um, you know, the kids are grown up and they're out of the house now and now you have more time for yourself. What is the specific things that you've been through and how can you relate that to a niche? So maybe your niche is you help you know, women in their fifties who are empty nesters who are looking to gain their, you know, get their life back in control of their health because now they have more time like that ideal client. That ideal niche is way more specific than to say, you just help people lose weight and be healthier. So then when you can narrow down that, that ideal client of yours, and you can do that by just doing an exercise going, who are the former versions of me? Who, who am I, who have I? What have I been through? And write those down. And then when you write those down, you can start looking at, well, what, what is, what is the specifics around each of those former versions of you? What is her pain point? What is she suffering through so that you can really get an idea of who they are and what they're going through. So then you know, what kind of content to create in the social media space, whether you're doing live videos or you're doing a podcast or you're doing insta stories, what kind of things does that person need to hear in order to feel like they're getting like getting help from you, the value that the in order for them to trust you and say, hey, she gets me. I want to. I want to look at what she has to offer. I want to coach with her. I want to buy her thing. She understands me. So if you can get really specific about that niche, then when it comes to creating content in the online space, you can talk specifically to her and call her and, and, and you do that by putting yourself out there in the live video formats, in the social media space, in your insta stories, and talk about things that you've been through. Talk about things that you struggled with and how did you overcome them? Some tips, some value, you know, you give, give, give, give and that social media space. So they see that you're, they can trust you, they know you, they like you, and then they want to do business with you. Right? So really looking at, and it doesn't matter, like even if you're not in your own online coaching business or anything like that, but you have a. So you have a network marketing business, you know, getting, getting specific around who do you help with your product. Because I can guarantee you there's probably millions of people who are in your company who are selling something the same exact same products as you. But maybe you have a different story on how those products helped you. Maybe have a different story as to why you joined network marketing, you know, so when you're selling the opportunity, maybe your story, you can get down, you know specifically why you joined, what the products did and help people who are in that same niche as you. You can relate to them, create content because you've been through, you've had experiences within that. So you really, I really encourage you when you're looking at your ideal client for your business, to really pinpoint and get specific on how you help them, how you serve them, and how you can understand what they've been through and how you can show up and give great value because you, you, you have experiences, right? Because people can google anything and everything. There's, there's going to be, if they google losing weight, you know, they're going to find hundreds of thousands of coaches and products and people who can offer weight loss. But if they look up getting fit after you know the kids in your fifties, you know, getting fit in your fifties, you know, for empty nesters, you know, now it's a little bit more specific and guess who may pop up you because you've narrowed down your niche that far. Right? So in your website descriptions, in your descriptions, on your social media, in your, about sections, get specific about who you help and why. It doesn't mean you can't help other people. It doesn't mean you can't help people who are in their forties or thirties. It's just that you're specifically going to be speaking to that woman and have other people relate to you that don't fit that niche. That's okay. You can still help them, but you're looking to call in those ones who that you can specifically relate to because you've been there and don't worry. There is an abundant amount of people out there that, that are in that specific niche. So don't feel like you're narrowing it down too much, that you're not gonna. Have anybody to speak to her a business. There's hundreds of millions of people out there who all have that kind of stuff, so you're gonna, you're gonna. Find people you're not. The more unique, the better people want experts on their specific niche, so narrow it down. You're not going to cut people out because you've narrowed it down so much, so really get clear on how on who you're helping, what value can you offer them so that you can attract the right person for you. It's gonna. Make your job so much easier when you've connected into somebody who you can relate to, who can relate to you, and I promise you that, so that's my quick minute today is really help figure out or help help yourself. Help your business by getting really clear on who your ideal clients are and get specific about them and then talk to them in your social media platforms. Call them in.
