In this episode of The Well-Tended Life podcast, I sit down with trauma-informed therapist and founder of The Collective Therapy & Wellness, Alyssa Scarano. Alyssa shares how her own story—through art, writing, therapy, motherhood, and advocacy—shaped the way she views emotions not as problems to fix, but as signals to listen to.
