it's a double-edged sword. When you're suggestible, okay, and suggestibility basically means that you can easily influence your own subconscious, but it also means that other people can influence it okay, and so it's a blessing and a curse, and in today's video I'm gonna talk about that. I'm gonna talk about the scale of energy, which was created by Frederick Dodson and, I think, dr Hawk. David Hawkins was like the first one. He wrote power versus force, and then Frederick Dodson followed up on it with some interesting stuff. But I'm going to put my own sauce on it Because I my brain is like chat GPT 29. So, basically, what I've let off the video talking about is that you want to be and this is me talking to myself but you want to be suggestible to your own suggestions, right? You don't want to be so close-minded that you're like I can't change, nothing can change me, I can't grow, I can't adopt, I can't adapt, but you also want to be very wary of when other people are placing their opinions of you and their suggestions on you. I think another, even really important thing that I'm picking up on and noticing more recently is I do a lot of coaching, right, like I work with different coaches, and you have to always keep in mind that coaches have a business right. Coaches are in the business of coaching you to become better, but also, if they make you think that you're fully, if they suggest that you're fully healed, then and you are open to that suggestion you fall into their frame and then you don't actually grow OK. So the new method that I'm going into coaching with is like I'm the fucking shit. The new method that I'm going into coaching with is like I'm the fucking shit. Okay, I'm like Ronaldo and you're like Ronaldo's coach. Okay. So this is just how it's going to be from now on and this is what I'd recommend.
Speaker 1:The frame that you take If you ever take on coaching is like you can point out blind spots, but I'm going to be very wary about those blind spots because you might just be projecting things onto me and in like, the best coaches will project things onto you and see if you pick up the suggestion or if you ignore it and you go. No, that's wrong. Your words do not affect me. I actually think some of the highest level coaching is when you're working with someone who's actually. It reminds me of Harry Potter, when Snape is training Harry like dark spells and he's trying to infiltrate his mind.
Speaker 1:The best coaches will actually like try to infiltrate your mind, because that's what happens when you go out into the world. You know your wife, your girlfriend is going to try to infiltrate your mind. Your business partners will try to infiltrate your mind. Your audience will try to infiltrate your mind. But if you have an iron mind, you know your parents will try to infiltrate your mind. Your audience will try to infiltrate your mind. But if you have an iron mind, you know your parents will try to infiltrate your mind and people who are open to suggestions, to open to suggestions will basically fall to the prey of other people's agendas and this is obviously not something that you want to, that you want to do. So it's something that and I'd like to open my window here so I can get some I'm recording this at the beach, if you're listening to this audio, to get some fresh air in the car, which is nice it's always nice to have fresh air but the door keeps wanting to close. But I'll put my foot there, ok, so that's kind of my my beginning starting off thing is like that's the highest frequency that I'm, that I'm reaching is like I know what the fuck I'm doing If you're coaching me, and I'm thinking of someone that I work with specifically who has helped me a ton, but there's a certain extent to which you don't want to let them infiltrate your shit, right, like that part of the coaching is a test to see, like, is this person susceptible to what I tell them is wrong with them? Okay, and that's a super powerful lesson to learn.
Speaker 1:That being said, let me get back to, kind of the main topic of this video, which is the levels of energy. And there's a scale and you can. You can understand the scale like people you know in that, like scientists and these two author guys, like they kind of wrote books about it and whatever, but realistically, it's a real thing. You can notice it, you can feel it, you can tap into it and you can kind of deduce it yourself. That's the coolest part about the scale, which is that there's basically different ways you can measure the height or the lowness of certain emotions and frequencies.
Speaker 1:So I've talked about this in quite great extent and, before I go into this further, I think there's a lot of like Christian fundamentalists and people who are afraid of talking about energy when they don't realize that, like Christ. Jesus Christ was like the biggest you know energetics coach and healer, and like frequency guy of all time, like he was vibrating at the God frequency, which is the highest frequency there is, and he was a master of all these things and he would find people that were vibrating on a low frequency and he would heal them with high, higher frequency energy. What, what else? What other language do you want to put around it? You know you're just using different words. Okay, the Holy spirit is blessing them with Jesus name, the Holy Spirit, but it's all just frequency and energies, what it is at the fundamental level.
Speaker 1:And when we talk in this way, atheists can actually agree with something that Jews and Christians and Muslims and Hindus are saying, and then, vice versa, you can agree that there is science to this and so, um, one of the biggest things is that that that I want to like lead off with is like don't fear. Okay, if you're listening to this video and you grew up Christian or you grew up fundamentally some specific religion, if that religion is really true, you can listen to these words and not be fearful, you can speak without fear, you can listen without fear and you can just vibrate higher and you can look. If you really need like protection, then focus on whatever name you know to be God and there's your projection and you don't have to worry about the spooky energy stuff. But it's so ridiculous, honestly. So let me just move forward. So there's a scale of energy, right, and you can tap into what the scale actually is by just thinking about certain emotions. So you can think of a time and this is also another good exercise Like when I think of these emotions, I want you to listen, but I don't want you to fully embody them, I want you to kind of look at them from a distance.
Speaker 1:So the first, lowest emotion is really just apathy. Apathy is like below depression, in which you're not even sad, you just can't really move, you can't really feel. It's like there's no point to anything, which is very funny, because the highest end of the scale is enlightenment, which there's also still no point to anything and everything just is. But at the lowest end it's there, but it's different because it's unconscious. It's like you're at this low state where you're not even aware of awareness itself. You're just like, wow, there's no point to anything and everything is just basically above.
Speaker 1:That is shame and guilt. Shame and guilt are very dense and heavy emotions. If you've ever been in a place where you feel like you did something in your past that you're very ashamed of and you don't need to go too far into the energy body of it, but you can kind of look down at it as if you're looking at like a snake like you don't need to go pick up the snake and wrap it around your neck, but you can just look at it. So you look at that emotion. The motion is like shame and guilt, where you did something in the past where you feel really bad about it and maybe some memories are coming up for you, like maybe you, you, you, you, you did someone wrong in business. Right, you did someone wrong in business. You know you shouldn't have done something you shouldn't have, maybe like poached their employee or whatever it is that you did. You feel bad about it and you're carrying that feeling, bad about something that you did without forgiveness.
Speaker 1:That's a low, low dense state and if it snowballs and you have lots of stuff you're shameful about, it becomes very heavy and I think, logarithmically speaking, that the weight of those shames, like on top of each other, get more and more and more and more dense and you just don't want to be walking around with that energy. And so a key thing to this energetic scale is that actually to get to the next rung in the ladder, you need to kind of step into the other emotion. So from shame to get to a higher level, which is, for example I don't know if this is the next exact step, but, like fear, fear is higher than shame. So actually to get out of shame, you have to think of something that makes you scared. You have to think of something that causes fear, right, and so fear.
Speaker 1:You know you've all, everyone's always felt a known fear, maybe a fear of death, fear of losing a loved one, fear of getting sick, fear of eating certain foods, or fear of you know, whatever it is that different people fear fear of losing someone you love, right, fear of being broken up with. These are all things that are also like a lower energy. Anything below on the scale of zero to a thousand, below 200, is considered a lower frequency energy, and so the lower the frequency, the denser and heavier and more viscerally you'll feel that that energy in your body and the mortal control your dominant state and take you down into, literal, the depths of hell. So you want to let go of these things. So the next step is fear. Fear is where a lot of the world is actually vibrating at, like a lot of the world, a lot of the people in the world. Their lives are just run by fear. They're afraid of what people think, they're afraid of how their image will be managed and perceived by other people. They're afraid of losing someone they love. They're afraid of losing themselves. They're afraid of not having enough money, they're afraid of not having friends, they're afraid of not accomplishing what they want to accomplish and their whole life. They're basically trying to avoid fear. And so if you're in this state, the next level up is and I don't remember the exact level, but it's something along the lines of like pride, right, you're proud to be who you are, or actually sorry.
Speaker 1:The thing with fear is anger. Anger is the next step in the ladder. So if you can go from fear to getting angry and maybe you're angry at yourself for being stuck in fear all the time Maybe you're angry at someone else other than yourself or something that someone did to you. Where you need to be angry. Typically, I feel like self-anger and being angry at yourself can actually get you out of fear because you're like why am I so freaking fearful all the time? Can actually get you out of fear, cause like why am I so freaking fearful all the time? And so, um, that's, that's like an interesting, like way to sort of escape the loop of fear is stepping into anger and thinking about things that really piss you off, maybe doing like a boxing class or or going on a run and like really pushing your body to the limits. So so, going from fear to anger, and then from anger you can ascend to a higher level of consciousness, which is pride and anger.
Speaker 1:Let's talk about anger. So anger, you know, maybe someone dig you wrong, maybe you dig yourself wrong, maybe you can't keep habits, maybe you keep going into the same looping, the same old patterns, over and over and over again. This is the loop of fear okay or sorry of anger. And if you want to escape anger, you can start to feel pride, you can start to feel things that you feel good about. You can start to feel like if you find yourself really angry, it can help to maybe take a journal and just write down all the reasons that you think you're a good person and why you think you're special. It's still not that high of a thing because you're still stuck in the ego self, you're still stuck in the lower part of yourself, which is like the identity that you've built up. But you can look back at past accomplishments, you can look back at you know, and this is arguably a little bit of a higher vibration thing. But if you're really wrapped in like the me me, tiny I me, it's pretty low vibration. So that's like a 175 under that 200 scale, whereas fear is like where anger is like 160, 150. And you get up to pride. Beyond pride, you get to neutrality and acceptance.
Speaker 1:This is kind of like the base level frequency with like willingness, neutrality, willingness to change, willingness to grow. There's a bit of that like willingness to grow and there's like you're not ever like stuck in one energy. Typically different energetic frequencies like bring you down, but you also can like go up and down like a spectrum, and so when you're in that like place of willingness, you sort of want to take action, you want to change for the better, you want to start a new habit, you want to start going to the gym, start journaling, start good things for your life, right, and so that's like a good place to to to operate from life, right, and so that's like a good place to to to operate from Um, but it's it's the start of like switching everything around and being in higher vibration energy. So when you're in higher vibration energy, you're in a place where you're like I'm ready and willing to work on myself, I'm ready and willing to change, I'm ready and willing to be a better person, and it vibrates at like a very nice high level. You know, at least like the base of the first, what can be considered higher vibration, and this is like you don't want to go lower than this, right. If you find yourself any lower, you need to definitely reset. I also find I should note that when you're underslept or malnourished, like you haven't had the right food, you end up slipping into lower vibration energy. If you're underslept, it's like you're not covering Maslow's hierarchy of needs. If you're not going to the gym, if you're not and I said this in a recent video if you're skipping like the basics of health and taking care of yourself, it's so easy to get steeped in lower vibration energy, and so you really wanna rid yourself of that by just taking good care of your body, because without that it's hard to like focus on bettering yourself.
Speaker 1:So, beyond level 200, we get into, like you know, starting to reason and take action. Reason is like that sort of 300 level where you're making, starting to like make plans and starting to take action and starting to actually implement your plans and and coming up with goal setting like. Goal setting is like a three to 400 level activity where you're using really lots of reason and lots of will and lots of lots of personal power and like maybe you're starting to watch personal development videos and listen to podcasts like this. This is like a high vibration activity, you know it's. It's like a 250 to 300 level activity where you're you're working on yourself, you're you're, you're yeah, you're grinding on making your life better. You're you're getting more knowledge, you're going on a run, you're getting sunlight, taking care of your body. These are all 200, 250, 350 level, energies, level, frequencies and all the way up to like 400, where in 400.
Speaker 1:It's more like philosophical, religious principles, principles where where you're talking about ways of living and ways of being and ways to run your life as a meta principle and value system, like when we start talking about the ideas of, like loyalty of of uh, of like dependability, of hard work, of like. This kind of philosophy overall is like a 400 level vibrationary thing, where it's like a timeless essence of way of living and being and you're sort of not taking offense to if other people have something wrong with it, but you're sort of building out this thing and it helps you sort of be a mode or a lens or a philosophy or a religion for you to, for you to kind of govern your life. And this is like very good stuff, you know it's. It's like the way of the law, like reading certain. The higher the religious books go, they go from like 400 to four to 500 on the scale and they start. Basically, you know you get into this higher level and you're talking about these like meta principles. It's just like if you try it, you do like. You know you're talking about, like Aristotle, plato, christ, rabbis, priests. You know, like the good priests, the good kind, the good rabbis, right, you know people that are trying to get to the essence and the core of the best way to live life in this realm and how to ascend to higher energy states. This is like 400, 420, shout out, 420, 450, right. And so then we ascend even further and we get up to the point of love.
Speaker 1:500 is love. 500 is love and creation and connection, and it's connecting with yourself and creating with yourself, but it's also, you know, connecting with other people and sharing love freely. Okay, so it's very much like an activity where you're, you know you don't care about the outcome, you're just expressing yourself. And you're expressing your love through a craft like making a video, or you're expressing your love through whatever profession you have. You're expressing your love through a craft, like making a video, or you're expressing your love through whatever profession you have, or you're expressing your love through a person, an individual, and you're giving it very freely, without expecting it in return, and you're also receiving love, and you're receiving love from the outside. Maybe another good example of this is like taking in a great view at the like. I'm at the beach right now as I'm recording this, taking in a great view of the ocean and the water and listening to the waves, like you're.
Speaker 1:Basically, that, actually, as I talked about, that is getting to like five, 600, 600 is where we get into like pure peace and harmony Love. There's more of like an action, of like giving, whereas peace is just like you actually don't even need to do anything. Like six to 700 and above. Six to 700 is just like peace, harmony, that meditative own everything is. You're surrendered to the moment. You're surrendered to like the old, powerful consciousness and creation and you're just getting up and up and up and you can kind of feel it as we ascend up in, like the, the energy centers in your body, like the lower, the lower the energy, the lower the system in your body. Like the lower, the lower the energy, the lower the system in your body. And then, as you get higher and higher, you kind of go further up the spine, up the body, start to feel it more in, like your, your heart, more in your throat, more in your, your head, and energy starts to clear.
Speaker 1:Right, when you were talking about like peace and tranquility and sitting on an ocean and looking out. But just, you don't even need to be an ocean. You could be in a war zone, you could be. It doesn't matter where you are, because the, the, the energy shift, all that 500 love pouring energy shifts internally and you basically become like this lamp of just light. It's just reverberating positive frequencies everywhere you go, but you don't even have to do anything. Your energy in and of itself is just this contagious source of like, like, love and laughter. And you, you laugh for no reason. You, you feel good for no reason. You because, but it's because you're re like. Most of our energy is spent throughout the day just going out.
Speaker 1:But when you shift the energy back in, you focus on your internal system, your internal body and the word of the word of God, which basically gives you life, and you reverse the flow. You start going from 500 to 600 to 700, you reversing the flow inward and upward and when you get to that 700 level, this is where it's harder to comprehend. Okay, this is where you really just start to transcend, not just your physical, human experience, body, but you literally transcend and you get to like super consciousness, where you can feel the birds flying. You can just it's hard to even conceptually explain it but like you can feel the essence of, like everything that is, you start, you start to feel like pure love for all that is, for all creation. You start to feel the the time doesn't exist, that you can be in many different places at once. You're not just limited. You feel pain, but you feel love, you feel joy, like you feel literally everything and every emotion, all the time, everywhere, at every point in space and time ever. When you close your eyes and you look upward and you, you, you can basically tap into this higher level of frequency. And you know, you think about.
Speaker 1:This is basically where the, the, the masters of the world, christ and Buddha, reached where, when Christ was speaking, he was speaking as this super consciousness, as this thousand level being in human form. He was speaking as the universe. God come down in human form expressing everything. That is that's why he said believe in me, believe in me, believe that I am. The only way to heaven is through me, because he was speaking as that one true God. And so, yeah, that's a pretty tough place to get to. People do get to it, um, arguably no one gets to it as like pure and as as like perfectly as Christ did, um, but uh, yeah, it's there.
Speaker 1:And so that's basically the scale of consciousness and and the more that you kind of like run through it and you, you know as your human experience, your job is kind of like ascend the scale, you just get to higher and higher frequencies and higher and higher states and you just reverberate happy, positive, good energy. And I think another thing is like to let go of, like the frame that you need to be worked on. There's nothing. You need to actually like you in some capacity. Ok, maybe you should work on yourself and there's modes to do that. But the highest level thing is like everything just is and I'm just going to create and I'm going to start my day at like a 600 level piece and, you know, do whatever is coming up and whatever is, you know, kind of like assigned to me from this higher frequency energy and which is God and your student of God, your disciple of God. You are a light, and the more that you like tap into this and act on this, the more you ascend up the ladder, and so that's basically the message of this video.
