This podcast was created because your host, Toya realized that when we go through things in life that knock us off of our square we tend to withdraw ourselves; thinking that we’re going through a struggle that no one can understand. When in reality, there are so many people who share our experiences. Dealing with the ebs and flows of life stretch across lines of race, gender, age, and even time. But my goal is to reassure you that just how our struggles can be universal, so can our strength. But we’re never too serious to share some “tea”, laughs, and crazy and light stories. Chileeeee so this episode was supposed to be uploaded in July (oops) BUT I just found it soooo yall gone get it ret now!!! This message still hits and is a reminder to forgive yourself for mistakes you made when you were young, broken, and just didn't know any better. Give yourself permission to grow and change no matter how many times you've "messed up". However friend, I do have to hold you accountable by reminding you that you still have to address and acknowledge any wrong that you've caused to others along the way of your healing journey. You are not perfect but you are always worthy and able to evolve. I love you
