In this HRchat interview, we talk about why total reward data is an important resource for organizations trying to respond to the impact of Covid-19 as we consider some recent findings that suggest a new focus needs to be given to the roll-out of automation and digitization of reward management.

Bill's guest this time is Ken Charman, CEO at uFlexReward, an HR and rewards data platform that collates all costs to do with employees (salary, pension, bonus, shares, etc) into one real-time platform.

uFlexReward recently published the results of the uFlexReward Digital Reward survey. The poll had responses from 30 key companies across various industries such as Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Healthcare. Findings include the suggestion that 73% of companies calculated pay equity without including all categories of reward, and the majority of respondents said their companies only generate pay equity data once a year.
