Goals are an integral part of the All Around Growth lifestyle and today we discuss two important components in the goal setting process - Best Self Co and Dan Miller.

Each was good exercise, especially GOALS WORKSHEET by Dan Miller

Each exercise spurred creativity allowing me to focus 

Eventually changed a couple goals to things more aligned with my bigger picture

The GOALS WORKSHEET allowed me to gain some clarity...

...and understand that I've been making more progress than I give myself credit for.
