Chris Panebianco is the Chief Marketing Officer for Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG), a financial solutions provider to healthcare and other professionals in the U.S. Since 2001, BHG has provided more than $6 billion in financial solutions to thousands of satisfied customers nationwide. 

Growing up the son of a potato farmer, Chris got his hands dirty from a young age, learning the necessity of grit, integrity, and tenacity. Today, as Chief Marketing Officer at Bankers Healthcare (BHG), Chris applies these values to everything he does, because financing is about more than money. It’s about real people with real needs and dreams.

Since joining BHG twelve years ago, Chris’s mantra is to run through walls and see opportunities where others see obstacles. He’s recruited some of the most talented marketers in the industry to form an integrated in-house division—tripling it in size in the last three years—that leverages the latest innovations in data, analytics, traditional, and digital marketing across BHG’s companies. Under Chris’s leadership, the marketing team has helped the company’s success in funding over $7 billion in financial solutions, launching new products, and building BHG’s family of brands. 

Chris is also host of The Impact Series, a BHG podcast that features honest, powerful conversations with employees who make an impact. Listeners hear first-hand stories about BHG, and take away lessons in life, leadership, and how to succeed in your career.
