with"},{"startTime":4.0,"endTime":5.0,"body":"anyone listening who is really interested in becoming a coach."},{"startTime":5.0,"endTime":6.0,"body":"How did you come to this point, what's been your journey in business, and what was it"},{"startTime":6.0,"endTime":7.0,"body":"that made you decide that coaching was a next step for you?"},{"startTime":7.0,"endTime":8.0,"body":"Thank you for the lovely intro."},{"startTime":8.0,"endTime":9.0,"body":"Well, yes, Kelly Williams, a little bit about backstory."},{"startTime":9.0,"endTime":10.0,"body":"I've been in the beauty industry for nearly 16 years now."},{"startTime":10.0,"endTime":11.0,"body":"I was bullied at school."},{"startTime":11.0,"endTime":12.0,"body":"I wanted to go and do beauty straight from school, but the girls that bullied me went"},{"startTime":12.0,"endTime":13.0,"body":"and done it, so I went on a different path and then had my son, and then put myself"},{"startTime":13.0,"endTime":14.0,"body":"back through college to go and get my beauty certificate, worked for people for years."},{"startTime":14.0,"endTime":15.0,"body":"You know, I had no time freedom."},{"startTime":15.0,"endTime":16.0,"body":"I missed my son growing up."},{"startTime":16.0,"endTime":17.0,"body":"I couldn't go to his like sports days and everything and then during 2020 in the lockdown,"},{"startTime":17.0,"endTime":18.0,"body":"I lost my job by a text message."},{"startTime":18.0,"endTime":19.0,"body":"So yeah, I spent that three months creating my salon, which is House of Papa."},{"startTime":19.0,"endTime":20.0,"body":"And as we came out of the lockdown, I had a space, all my equipment and clients already"},{"startTime":20.0,"endTime":21.0,"body":"booked in, and then it's just grown from there."},{"startTime":21.0,"endTime":22.0,"body":"I went from renting a room."},{"startTime":22.0,"endTime":23.0,"body":"I temporarily took the salon to home to work around my son more, and now he's grown."},{"startTime":23.0,"endTime":24.0,"body":"He's nearly 18."},{"startTime":24.0,"endTime":25.0,"body":"I bought my own commercial salon August last year, and I built it to six figures."},{"startTime":25.0,"endTime":26.0,"body":"Oh my God."},{"startTime":26.0,"endTime":27.0,"body":"This is like, I forget how quickly you did it, because I think it was around the time"},{"startTime":27.0,"endTime":28.0,"body":"just after COVID that I met you and you had just started House of Papa."},{"startTime":28.0,"endTime":29.0,"body":"And it did, it took off so quickly."},{"startTime":29.0,"endTime":30.0,"body":"And I remember talking to you, this was going back to when you started."},{"startTime":30.0,"endTime":31.0,"body":"And I remember having a conversation with you where you were like,"},{"startTime":31.0,"endTime":32.0,"body":"I just love talking about mindset and helping women to feel more confident."},{"startTime":32.0,"endTime":33.0,"body":"And you help them with beauty and appearance, but you wanted it to be so much deeper."},{"startTime":33.0,"endTime":34.0,"body":"Yeah."},{"startTime":34.0,"endTime":35.0,"body":"And so what sort of, I mean, now you've obviously just finished the"},{"startTime":35.0,"endTime":36.0,"body":"Mind School method."},{"startTime":36.0,"endTime":37.0,"body":"You've been incredible to witness in terms of watching you practice your coaching skills."},{"startTime":37.0,"endTime":38.0,"body":"But what was it?"},{"startTime":38.0,"endTime":39.0,"body":"Because you're so passionate about beauty, you've done so well in the beauty industry."},{"startTime":39.0,"endTime":40.0,"body":"Was there a moment where you were like, shit, I actually want more tools to go deeper"},{"startTime":40.0,"endTime":41.0,"body":"or I want to help women in other ways?"},{"startTime":41.0,"endTime":42.0,"body":"Yeah, because I very much struggled with my mindset, and it all stand from like the"},{"startTime":42.0,"endTime":43.0,"body":"billion from childhood and my upbringing."},{"startTime":43.0,"endTime":44.0,"body":"Yeah."},{"startTime":44.0,"endTime":45.0,"body":"So I think I met you, yeah, I fastened your mismanning mindset."},{"startTime":45.0,"endTime":46.0,"body":"Then I went and done level up and then the Mind School."},{"startTime":46.0,"endTime":47.0,"body":"But my brother back in 2020 actually became a business coach."},{"startTime":47.0,"endTime":48.0,"body":"And I was one of the first ones on his program and seeing how he was helping people that"},{"startTime":48.0,"endTime":49.0,"body":"side of it, that's what kind of drew me in."},{"startTime":49.0,"endTime":50.0,"body":"And then I kind of like stood on the outside a little bit like, oh, it's something I want"},{"startTime":50.0,"endTime":51.0,"body":"to do, but I don't know if I can do it."},{"startTime":51.0,"endTime":52.0,"body":"And then, yeah, but I coach my clients all the time."},{"startTime":52.0,"endTime":53.0,"body":"And everything I've done with my money mindset, like the shadow of everything that's got"},{"startTime":53.0,"endTime":54.0,"body":"me to where I am now, I don't want women to struggle like I did."},{"startTime":54.0,"endTime":55.0,"body":"That's my thing."},{"startTime":55.0,"endTime":56.0,"body":"I only want to help women not to struggle like I did."},{"startTime":56.0,"endTime":57.0,"body":"Wow."},{"startTime":57.0,"endTime":58.0,"body":"And so how did you struggle before you did all this work if we go to like the before?"},{"startTime":58.0,"endTime":59.0,"body":"Yeah."},{"startTime":59.0,"endTime":60.0,"body":"What was your struggle before you did all this work?"},{"startTime":60.0,"endTime":61.0,"body":"I had such a negative mindset and it came from my parents as a child and then watching"},{"startTime":61.0,"endTime":62.0,"body":"my brother obviously do all the work on himself and then your limiting beliefs around money"},{"startTime":62.0,"endTime":63.0,"body":"and yeah, and I was always very much like if something went wrong, it was like, oh, the"},{"startTime":63.0,"endTime":64.0,"body":"fucking world hates me, the universe hates me, everything's always going wrong, but it"},{"startTime":64.0,"endTime":65.0,"body":"was me, it was me in my mind, bringing it to me all the time, yeah, massive."},{"startTime":65.0,"endTime":66.0,"body":"Your mind is unbelievable how much it can control you and your life or what happens to you"},{"startTime":66.0,"endTime":67.0,"body":"in your life as well."},{"startTime":67.0,"endTime":68.0,"body":"And I had quite a lot of really terrible health issues prior to COVID and that really"},{"startTime":68.0,"endTime":69.0,"body":"stemmed with my mindset as well, a lot to go through, but I didn't have the tools"},{"startTime":69.0,"endTime":70.0,"body":"back then with my mind to actually bring through it."},{"startTime":70.0,"endTime":71.0,"body":"I was very much probably for about three years in victim mode."},{"startTime":71.0,"endTime":72.0,"body":"I just went out partying every weekend and yeah, I'm the fun one, like trying to forget"},{"startTime":72.0,"endTime":73.0,"body":"all your problems during the wing and it's so toxic and I'm healthy."},{"startTime":73.0,"endTime":74.0,"body":"Oh wow, I love watching you over the years, you've just completely like taken responsibility,"},{"startTime":74.0,"endTime":75.0,"body":"that's the thing that I love, like you just said, it was all me and sitting in victim mode,"},{"startTime":75.0,"endTime":76.0,"body":"you went from there to like, it's testament to the work, the fact that you went from that"},{"startTime":76.0,"endTime":77.0,"body":"place to a six-figure business, learning to coach and support other women standing so"},{"startTime":77.0,"endTime":78.0,"body":"much more confidently too, like I saw when Kelly came back and it was just like, there"},{"startTime":78.0,"endTime":79.0,"body":"she is, she's so cheeky and she's so sassy and she's so much fun and you were taking"},{"startTime":79.0,"endTime":80.0,"body":"up space and I think it's just so nice to witness someone do the work, take responsibility"},{"startTime":80.0,"endTime":81.0,"body":"and then completely change their reality too."},{"startTime":81.0,"endTime":82.0,"body":"Before you did that, how was it impacting your business, like the inner you who was bullied"},{"startTime":82.0,"endTime":83.0,"body":"at school, you've then walked into the beauty industry which I can only imagine is so triggering"},{"startTime":83.0,"endTime":84.0,"body":"if you're the girl that was bullied at school, yeah, it's kind of like same for me, I was the same"},{"startTime":84.0,"endTime":85.0,"body":"high school as shit and then I walked straight back into the, like I was a high school teacher,"},{"startTime":85.0,"endTime":86.0,"body":"so it's like, well, way to go back and heal your staff, how did that play out in your business"},{"startTime":86.0,"endTime":87.0,"body":"when you were the, your inner child was bullied by girls?"},{"startTime":87.0,"endTime":88.0,"body":"I don't know, I got very good at putting a mask on and showing up and putting a mask on but"},{"startTime":88.0,"endTime":89.0,"body":"then I would go home and there would be like tears where I would shut down and I'd be quiet"},{"startTime":89.0,"endTime":90.0,"body":"because I did find it quite difficult with especially not especially like older clients"},{"startTime":90.0,"endTime":91.0,"body":"but because I never looked my age either, I got spoken down to and it wasn't in my sense, like,"},{"startTime":91.0,"endTime":92.0,"body":"you know, at the time when my son would have been 14, 15 and they looked at me and they were like,"},{"startTime":92.0,"endTime":93.0,"body":"how old are you? And I'm like nearly 40 and they're like, oh, and then their divina completely"},{"startTime":93.0,"endTime":94.0,"body":"changed with me, so it's very much just stepping into finding that balance between being firm"},{"startTime":94.0,"endTime":95.0,"body":"and holding around and not coming across as a bitch. Yeah, basically, yeah, it's very,"},{"startTime":95.0,"endTime":96.0,"body":"yeah, because you've got to be sympathetic to what they're going through and a lot of I do find"},{"startTime":96.0,"endTime":97.0,"body":"in the beauty industry as well with clients as well, they've got not a great mindset either,"},{"startTime":97.0,"endTime":98.0,"body":"so it's not just doing the treatments on them, you're almost trying to like lift them up,"},{"startTime":98.0,"endTime":99.0,"body":"like some inside as well and I'm very much, I take people's energy on,"},{"startTime":99.0,"endTime":100.0,"body":"yeah, it drains me as well, yeah, wow, so what sort of issues did you see, because obviously"},{"startTime":100.0,"endTime":101.0,"body":"there was a moment where you were like, wow, doing these treatments and helping them on their"},{"startTime":101.0,"endTime":102.0,"body":"physical appearance is one thing, but you obviously, you just cared so much, you wanted to go deeper,"},{"startTime":102.0,"endTime":103.0,"body":"what were the conversations that you were having in your salon where you were thinking, wow,"},{"startTime":103.0,"endTime":104.0,"body":"this is actually deeper than just giving what sort of issues for all these women coming to you with."},{"startTime":104.0,"endTime":105.0,"body":"Very much the same as what I did as a teenager and like early 20s, like body issues,"},{"startTime":105.0,"endTime":106.0,"body":"like they could not see what I could see and I always say that to everyone, you can never see"},{"startTime":106.0,"endTime":107.0,"body":"what anybody else can see, but you've got to do the inner work on yourself as well, like if you"},{"startTime":107.0,"endTime":108.0,"body":"want to go out and have a piece of cake, forgot to go and have a piece of cake, it is not the end of"},{"startTime":108.0,"endTime":109.0,"body":"the world, but I also try to coach them for as well, like you can't be, if let's say for body sculpting"},{"startTime":109.0,"endTime":110.0,"body":"that is like a period of aftercare with it, I very much built the business on, body sculpt is not"},{"startTime":110.0,"endTime":111.0,"body":"looking a certain way, it's about feeling comfortable and confident in your clothes,"},{"startTime":111.0,"endTime":112.0,"body":"yeah, they were just really hard on themselves some of them and it's heartbreaking because I could"},{"startTime":112.0,"endTime":113.0,"body":"see a part of me in them and I just like women are hard enough on themselves, they think they've"},{"startTime":113.0,"endTime":114.0,"body":"got to go out to work and they've got to do the kids and they've got to do the housework and the"},{"startTime":114.0,"endTime":115.0,"body":"food shopping and take time for yourself, it's not selfish to take time for yourself as well,"},{"startTime":115.0,"endTime":116.0,"body":"so it became very much more not so much me doing the treatment with me sitting there and having"},{"startTime":116.0,"endTime":117.0,"body":"conversations with them whilst I'm doing the treatment of how little tweaks that they can do to"},{"startTime":117.0,"endTime":118.0,"body":"try and help themselves, to make themselves, yeah, feel how you are. Oh that's so nice, that's so"},{"startTime":118.0,"endTime":119.0,"body":"beautiful and then you obviously, I mean you joined the mine school, what was it that you felt"},{"startTime":119.0,"endTime":120.0,"body":"you needed, was it a toolkit, was it modalities, like was it to help yourself, why did you feel"},{"startTime":120.0,"endTime":121.0,"body":"you needed a certification? I was always interested since you started talking about NLP when we were"},{"startTime":121.0,"endTime":122.0,"body":"doing level up that you were eventually going to do this and I decided like to dive in more into"},{"startTime":122.0,"endTime":123.0,"body":"the NLP side, I wanted it more that this was going to give me the tool and that I would be"},{"startTime":123.0,"endTime":124.0,"body":"qualified to go out and coach somebody in the world but when I actually got to the mine school,"},{"startTime":124.0,"endTime":125.0,"body":"it did all recently and came back and it was actually a lot of work that I still had to do on"},{"startTime":125.0,"endTime":126.0,"body":"myself, yeah, yeah, and what did you discover, what was the sort of epiphanies or breakthroughs that"},{"startTime":126.0,"endTime":127.0,"body":"you had that I still had that hat little gal inside of me and she's surfaced every so often and I"},{"startTime":127.0,"endTime":128.0,"body":"tried to suppress it as well, the parts of my personality I tried to suppress as well because"},{"startTime":128.0,"endTime":129.0,"body":"you know if you, not that you speak your mind but if you have an opinion or you'll go against"},{"startTime":129.0,"endTime":130.0,"body":"what somebody else said, I was automatically told pretty much my whole life, oh she's up"},{"startTime":130.0,"endTime":131.0,"body":"herself, she's a bitch and it made me go back in again straight away and I guess it's actually not"},{"startTime":131.0,"endTime":132.0,"body":"there, that's their projection onto me so now I literally sit there and I just scan everyone around"},{"startTime":132.0,"endTime":133.0,"body":"me and when people didn't, I'm like that projection, that project project and my husband is like"},{"startTime":133.0,"endTime":134.0,"body":"a sexy girl, it's so nice though because I saw, like I said before, it was like you stopped"},{"startTime":134.0,"endTime":135.0,"body":"suppressing and it was like actually this is who I am and I'm okay with it, it's not clear and"},{"startTime":135.0,"endTime":136.0,"body":"it's very much like the side you all sort of saw of me in that six days, that's the side people"},{"startTime":136.0,"endTime":137.0,"body":"only saw of me when I had a couple of drinks inside me and I got the you know winged you've had"},{"startTime":137.0,"endTime":138.0,"body":"a few drinks you get really confident, they never saw that side of me and then I went back to being"},{"startTime":138.0,"endTime":139.0,"body":"that oh I've got to be this way to fit in and yeah whereas now I'm like this is who I am if you"},{"startTime":139.0,"endTime":140.0,"body":"don't like it then that's on you, I'm quite happy in my own little model, but so amazing and it was"},{"startTime":140.0,"endTime":141.0,"body":"I think it was like day four where you were like oh my god it was like I just slapped you across"},{"startTime":141.0,"endTime":142.0,"body":"the face with shadow work because I know that you were one of the people that came in being like"},{"startTime":142.0,"endTime":143.0,"body":"NLP, NLP which is what most people did, I want to learn NLP and the whole time Courtney and I"},{"startTime":143.0,"endTime":144.0,"body":"were like you just fucking wait, you wait and you were one of the people that just stared at me like"},{"startTime":144.0,"endTime":145.0,"body":"I'd slapped you, what was your experience of sort of going from mindset and NLP which you'd"},{"startTime":145.0,"endTime":146.0,"body":"been doing for years, we'd been working together you were pretty solid with that space to then move"},{"startTime":146.0,"endTime":147.0,"body":"into the emotional embodiment to the shadow work, how did you find that and what was your experience"},{"startTime":147.0,"endTime":148.0,"body":"of that? I found it quite hard to begin with because I tried to suppress so much for so many years"},{"startTime":148.0,"endTime":149.0,"body":"so to try and let that out of me, but yeah I think one of the days we'd done a task with Courtney"},{"startTime":149.0,"endTime":150.0,"body":"and she had a floor with the pillow, we were trying to get all like that rage and emotion out"},{"startTime":150.0,"endTime":151.0,"body":"and I said afterwards I felt like it got so far and it felt like it was stuck here and then my"},{"startTime":151.0,"endTime":152.0,"body":"eye was almost trying to push it back down because that's the way I've always tried to hold back,"},{"startTime":152.0,"endTime":153.0,"body":"keep it all in which is not healthy, my husband's always said that to me you've got to talk"},{"startTime":153.0,"endTime":154.0,"body":"about things because I don't and then it builds up inside and the most stupid little thing can"},{"startTime":154.0,"endTime":155.0,"body":"happen and I would go into absolute hysterics and like months where for this shit would all come"},{"startTime":155.0,"endTime":156.0,"body":"pouring out of me and then you're emotionally drained for like a week, yeah, yes I could see like"},{"startTime":156.0,"endTime":157.0,"body":"and it's so interesting like the energy was trying to rise up and out of you and as Courtney and I"},{"startTime":157.0,"endTime":158.0,"body":"like explaining energy lives in the body like it actually does and if we suppress it it just stays"},{"startTime":158.0,"endTime":159.0,"body":"there and it's like you said it comes out but it was like you've been so conditioned to just swallow"},{"startTime":159.0,"endTime":160.0,"body":"it and hold it it was almost like it was being held in your throat and it was like and it felt like"},{"startTime":160.0,"endTime":161.0,"body":"it felt like it was literally holding me like around me it was the weirdest thing and I've noticed"},{"startTime":161.0,"endTime":162.0,"body":"that I've done a couple of like meditations at home on my own and I get this feeling around"},{"startTime":162.0,"endTime":163.0,"body":"shear which is so strange wow and there's so much in that because your work is to use your voice"},{"startTime":163.0,"endTime":164.0,"body":"yes to speak and you're such a beautiful speaker this is the other thing I've said to you just"},{"startTime":164.0,"endTime":165.0,"body":"when we were off air like I'd love you to have a podcast because you're such an engaging speaker"},{"startTime":165.0,"endTime":166.0,"body":"and you've got your eyes just light up and it makes me sad to think that there was a younger version"},{"startTime":166.0,"endTime":167.0,"body":"of you that thought that your voice wasn't important you know and seeing that come back out for you"},{"startTime":167.0,"endTime":168.0,"body":"is so exciting and I also know that you're going to help so many people in the beauty industry"},{"startTime":168.0,"endTime":169.0,"body":"because as you've said the beauty industry has its own shadows and it's own things going on"},{"startTime":169.0,"endTime":170.0,"body":"yeah so the fact that you're going now and niching into women in the beauty industry that you can"},{"startTime":170.0,"endTime":171.0,"body":"help because a you've got the business acumen and and background behind you you've done very"},{"startTime":171.0,"endTime":172.0,"body":"well in business b you've been doing mindset work shadow work and lp adding to your toolkit"},{"startTime":172.0,"endTime":173.0,"body":"what are the things that you anticipate and that you sort of can see are going to be the main"},{"startTime":173.0,"endTime":174.0,"body":"issues you're going to be helping your niche with that mindset with is it comparison or like"},{"startTime":174.0,"endTime":175.0,"body":"get comparison blocking clients from coming in with yeah that's a big thing as well I see it on a"},{"startTime":175.0,"endTime":176.0,"body":"lot of the beauty pages like oh is everybody else really quite like I know this year has been hard"},{"startTime":176.0,"endTime":177.0,"body":"on everybody because obviously the state that the world's in financially but when you feed into"},{"startTime":177.0,"endTime":178.0,"body":"you're going to block your clients or yeah it's blocking your clients comparing yourself to"},{"startTime":178.0,"endTime":179.0,"body":"other salons or why she doing so well why she doing this why she doing that and feeling like"},{"startTime":179.0,"endTime":180.0,"body":"they're not good enough as well and they can't jump on their socials and promote themselves"},{"startTime":180.0,"endTime":181.0,"body":"and beg themselves up of how good they are of what they do a lot of people try and suppress that"},{"startTime":181.0,"endTime":182.0,"body":"because they've got that mindset of oh well people won't like me they think that I'm being"},{"startTime":182.0,"endTime":183.0,"body":"beheaded and I'm like it's not being beheaded you're good at your job some of the rooftops"},{"startTime":183.0,"endTime":184.0,"body":"that's how you get your client and now you get so many clients that come to me like"},{"startTime":184.0,"endTime":185.0,"body":"there's so many people in path now that do the body sculpting which is what I do"},{"startTime":185.0,"endTime":186.0,"body":"but I get all the clients coming to me because they're like because of the way you speak"},{"startTime":186.0,"endTime":187.0,"body":"on your socials you're raw you're real you don't try to bullshit anybody yeah so it's nice"},{"startTime":187.0,"endTime":188.0,"body":"that clients can see that within me and that's why they actually booking with me they don't"},{"startTime":188.0,"endTime":189.0,"body":"booking with me yes I get amazing results but they believe with me it's for me"},{"startTime":189.0,"endTime":190.0,"body":"I just got goose bumps all down my arm when you said they come to me because of how I speak"},{"startTime":190.0,"endTime":191.0,"body":"yeah oh my god yeah and you've been holding onto your voice all those years until you did"},{"startTime":191.0,"endTime":192.0,"body":"this work and started it's like you started just owning who you are and speaking with authenticity"},{"startTime":192.0,"endTime":193.0,"body":"not trying to hide parts of yourself and people are flocking to you because they can feel that"},{"startTime":193.0,"endTime":194.0,"body":"and it's just testament you haven't stopped doing the work since I've known you and it's been a few"},{"startTime":194.0,"endTime":195.0,"body":"years now yeah it doesn't surprise me that clients flock to you it doesn't surprise me that you find"},{"startTime":195.0,"endTime":196.0,"body":"yourself mind-set coaching people without even realizing it because you lead first and that's"},{"startTime":196.0,"endTime":197.0,"body":"important for me like I still don't realize that now until I actually sit down and think about it"},{"startTime":197.0,"endTime":198.0,"body":"like I was sent you before like I've got a girl that rinsed a room off me and we really bounce"},{"startTime":198.0,"endTime":199.0,"body":"well off each other but I sit there and I'm coaching her like she's saying something I'm like oh"},{"startTime":199.0,"endTime":200.0,"body":"no and then I start going into like the spiel about it and then if she a couple of times she's"},{"startTime":200.0,"endTime":201.0,"body":"printed a couple of things off for me she's like I hope I don't mind but I was just having a"},{"startTime":201.0,"endTime":202.0,"body":"dosie and I was like oh my god no we're having a look and she's like it fascinates me yeah and I'm"},{"startTime":202.0,"endTime":203.0,"body":"like that's so good like like you said with everything that you're trying to do like getting it"},{"startTime":203.0,"endTime":204.0,"body":"into schools I literally think it needs to be everywhere in all businesses in all schools like"},{"startTime":204.0,"endTime":205.0,"body":"it does it really does need to be in everywhere because we're so conditioned to be a certain way"},{"startTime":205.0,"endTime":206.0,"body":"and if you go outside of that that's when all the fear and everything comes in because you're"},{"startTime":206.0,"endTime":207.0,"body":"going against the grain then yeah and you went so against the grain during covid the way you just"},{"startTime":207.0,"endTime":208.0,"body":"were like well I'm going to do a bit like you did so much that was a bit against the grain and"},{"startTime":208.0,"endTime":209.0,"body":"you've just been really incredible to witness because even when I said to you like Kel that business on the"},{"startTime":216.0,"endTime":217.0,"body":"side but I never had the courage to go full-time and I was told I'm not slacking my husband off"},{"startTime":217.0,"endTime":218.0,"body":"I was told you need to have that stable income yeah because we were very new to Australia and"},{"startTime":218.0,"endTime":219.0,"body":"obviously up on our feet here you need to have that stable income so when it was all taken away"},{"startTime":219.0,"endTime":220.0,"body":"for me during that lockdown I was like this is it it's like a flight I mean do it because I'm not"},{"startTime":220.0,"endTime":221.0,"body":"going back to work for somebody else again and then I very much you know when you open a business"},{"startTime":221.0,"endTime":222.0,"body":"I threw myself into it I was really long hours yeah and then it got to that stage as well now"},{"startTime":222.0,"endTime":223.0,"body":"it's just like you don't have to work more to earn more like amen and now I work no more than 25"},{"startTime":223.0,"endTime":224.0,"body":"hours a week in my salon and it's going to be even less because I've now obviously been told with"},{"startTime":224.0,"endTime":225.0,"body":"my shoulder I need to completely start from doing the treatment so yeah I'm taking somebody on"},{"startTime":225.0,"endTime":226.0,"body":"so she would take over doing the treatments and then I'll focus more on helping women in the"},{"startTime":226.0,"endTime":227.0,"body":"mindset and beauty world yeah oh my god I've got massive goosebumps as you're speaking about"},{"startTime":227.0,"endTime":228.0,"body":"this and if there's anyone in the beauty industry because I'm trying to I'm listening from the lens"},{"startTime":228.0,"endTime":229.0,"body":"of somebody in the beauty industry or any business perhaps a service-based business whether whole week off and then whatever my ins I had in I was put in the men before"},{"startTime":235.0,"endTime":236.0,"body":"or after wow yeah there's probably a mindset shift there too for a lot of business owners where"},{"startTime":236.0,"endTime":237.0,"body":"it's like I can do this like I have permission to run my business in a way that suits my life"},{"startTime":237.0,"endTime":238.0,"body":"and so many people build a business but then they actually create like a prison for themselves where"},{"startTime":238.0,"endTime":239.0,"body":"their new boss is actually more of an asshole yeah 100% yeah it's even having like a shopfront salon"},{"startTime":239.0,"endTime":240.0,"body":"it's right next to an IGA there's loads of footage so in people's eyes they're like well you should"},{"startTime":240.0,"endTime":241.0,"body":"be open six days a week from nine to seven and I'm like no no no no because you always wanted"},{"startTime":241.0,"endTime":242.0,"body":"this to be like around for your son and you want to freedom and all of those things and you've"},{"startTime":242.0,"endTime":243.0,"body":"just gone and created it like it's been amazing to watch what how has your life sort of been"},{"startTime":243.0,"endTime":244.0,"body":"changed or how have you know what impacts have you noticed since I slapped you across the face and"},{"startTime":244.0,"endTime":245.0,"body":"we did all this shadow work and all of that stuff I think he hated me probably for a moment"},{"startTime":245.0,"endTime":246.0,"body":"I was joined it was so fun though I actually went to Bali after and just laid flat because I was"},{"startTime":246.0,"endTime":247.0,"body":"like wall just processing all the they felt like magic it really did but like I love the you know"},{"startTime":247.0,"endTime":248.0,"body":"the six days felt like this bubble of just so much connection and so much growth and so much"},{"startTime":248.0,"endTime":249.0,"body":"transformation that you really feel like you've been through something together myself included"},{"startTime":249.0,"endTime":250.0,"body":"and I felt so close to every single one of you like I just have so much love so much love and I"},{"startTime":250.0,"endTime":251.0,"body":"feel like you guys probably know me better than most now because that's how connected we become"},{"startTime":251.0,"endTime":252.0,"body":"but what I'm also really intrigued or what matters to me is the impact after and so what's like behind the scenes and I just come to realize like what is acceptable"},{"startTime":260.0,"endTime":261.0,"body":"for me and what is not and what I will tolerate and what I won't tolerate anymore and yes it can"},{"startTime":261.0,"endTime":262.0,"body":"it can really happen but you've got to know it's for your highest and best self as well shoulder and they were like"},{"startTime":265.0,"endTime":266.0,"body":"you've got to stop what you're doing and the old me would have completely had the biggest meltdown"},{"startTime":266.0,"endTime":267.0,"body":"it would have been the end of the world and I'm just like yeah and that's what it is I truly that I needed to push me out of being in the salon and doing the treatments all the time"},{"startTime":269.0,"endTime":270.0,"body":"to kind of stay away and let somebody take over that let me and my about it I've given her the secret to read I love is yeah so it's just yeah just quite"},{"startTime":273.0,"endTime":274.0,"body":"happy my own little bubble at the minute like I've got a lot on I've got a lot to do but yeah it's"},{"startTime":274.0,"endTime":275.0,"body":"definitely made me realise as well one of my highest values was freedom and I didn't and still I need to be in the business 24-7 and stopped having fun and that's when I know my mood"},{"startTime":277.0,"endTime":278.0,"body":"goes down because when I stay in all the time thinking I need to be working I need to be doing this"},{"startTime":278.0,"endTime":279.0,"body":"I'm not going out and enjoying myself and doing the things I actually want to want the freedom to be able to do much at you and my brother like I watch"},{"startTime":281.0,"endTime":282.0,"body":"you both doing it like he's in Thailand you're in Bali so because you've got your laptop you're all"},{"startTime":282.0,"endTime":283.0,"body":"good yeah yeah like because I had a child so young we never done full travel in or anything"},{"startTime":283.0,"endTime":284.0,"body":"how he's going to be 18 in December it's hard for him to live our lives again and we're only like"},{"startTime":284.0,"endTime":285.0,"body":"early 14s yeah and you've just done it so well because it feels like even with the frozen shoulder"},{"startTime":285.0,"endTime":286.0,"body":"you're good to go you've got the certification you've got the tools you've got clients that come"},{"startTime":286.0,"endTime":287.0,"body":"to you and need this stuff anyway you've probably got clients in your salon right there ready to go"},{"startTime":287.0,"endTime":288.0,"body":"that already know and love you and want this mindset coaching you know like you've done it just be like like gross it just felt so yeah and then it was like this is the standard"},{"startTime":324.0,"endTime":325.0,"body":"now so it didn't surprise me to speak to you after and hear that there'd been some changes you know"},{"startTime":325.0,"endTime":326.0,"body":"because it's almost like you've got this new standard of what connection and meaning and readjust and decide what you want to make normal and yeah even I did that yeah because I very"},{"startTime":328.0,"endTime":329.0,"body":"much got told is well like if you have standards you're just setting yourself up for disappointment"},{"startTime":329.0,"endTime":330.0,"body":"so don't have standards and but now I'm like no I have got these standards and trying to put comes from it comes from like a place of I know my worth I love myself I wouldn't risk"},{"startTime":332.0,"endTime":333.0,"body":"disrespect myself and my energy which is so important like your energy of freedom is so important"},{"startTime":333.0,"endTime":334.0,"body":"definitely just I think holding a standard is actually the most loving thing and I think spoken about this like it actually"},{"startTime":349.0,"endTime":350.0,"body":"hurts yeah it does and I'm not going to sugarcoat that for people like sometimes definitely not
