By understanding the latest trends and strategies, we can avoid marketing with outdated tactics and instead leverage the opportunities that Instagram offers.

In this episode, I walk you down three major shifts that are particularly relevant for women in business regardless of you niche: 

  1. Authentic Content Wins: Authenticity is the key to connecting with our audience. People are craving transparency, genuineness, and relatability. Perfectly produced content is no longer popular, instead people like to see content that feels real and personalised. Embracing our true selves and allowing our unique voice to shine through will inspire and energise our audience.
  2. Brand Collaborations: Collaborating with other brands, creators, and influencers is becoming increasingly important on Instagram. Inside my Social Method Society, I encourage members to explore collaboration opportunities through content strategies like Instagram Story takeovers, going live with others, and cross-promotion. By leveraging brand collaborations, we can expand our reach and connect with new audiences.
  3. Short Form Video Content: Short form videos, such as those in Instagram Stories and Reels, are dominating the platform and capturing the attention of users. These videos allow us to deliver engaging and innovative content that tells a story. As user behavior evolves, Instagram's algorithm favors short form video content. Incorporating this trend into our content strategy will help us connect with our audience more effectively.
