I stopped telling myself I had “blocks” that needed to be cleared before I could make progress. Instead, I started to see the problem itself as the path. The fear? It was my compass. The hard thing? It was the only thing that would lead me to growth.
In this raw and honest episode, I’ll walk you through how I changed my relationship with discomfort, why learning by doing has become my mantra, and how you can stop outsourcing your power to books, gurus, or blocks and start taking imperfect, courageous action instead.
