This week I did something that genuinely lit me up. I sat down and reviewed five of my mentees' opt-in pages for their upcoming live webinar launches, and lovely, what I saw stopped me in my tracks. First-time opt-in pages. Converting at 35 to 60%. Not from seasoned marketers or women who've been doing this for years. From women who built their very first opt-in page inside our webinar sprint, and built it right.

And I had this moment sitting back from my screen where I just thought, we have come so far. Not just them. Me too. The way I teach this now, the way this whole experience is designed, there is something quietly powerful happening here. Because talent alone does not produce a 55 or 60% conversion rate on your first attempt. Structure does that. Environment does that.
