After asking 32 NFL teams for an internship, he finally received a "Yes" from the Kansas City Chiefs. He went on to serve coaching stints with the Detroit Lions, West Virginia Mountaineers and Cleveland Browns. He holds a B.A. in Plan II Honors and Government from the University of Texas (2001), an M.P.P. from Harvard’s Kennedy School (2004) and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (2007). Roberts is a contributor to Forbes.com, and his articles have appeared in The Dallas Morning News, Fortune, Houston Chronicle and Time.

Looking at his resume, you’d expect to see Kevin Shen in the C-suite of some high-powered firm in New York City. Bachelors in computer systems engineering and masters in sociology, both from Stanford. MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. And for a few years after graduating, Shen traveled that career path, but a well-timed layoff gave him the push he needed to pursue his true passion: acting. Now a full-time thespian, Kevin has appeared in stage productions at the Royal National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company, and in films and television shows.
