Hello friends, Suzanne here. I'm so glad you're here. If you found this podcast or you've recently joined the Stay at Home Mom Studio Facebook community, an extension of the Feelings Fitness community, I want to tell you exactly what this space is, and maybe more importantly, what it isn't.

What This Space Is Not

This isn't a place where we're trying to become better moms. It's not another place to compare ourselves. It's not another list of things we should already be doing.

The Neighborhood Yoga Studio Vision

Instead, think of this as your favorite little neighborhood yoga studio. The lights are soft, the pace is gentle, there's room to breathe. No one cares what you're wearing. No one expects you to have everything figured out. You simply come as you are. That's what I hope this stay-at-home mom studio becomes.

Honest Talk About Motherhood

Some days we'll talk about parenting, some days about marriage, some days about decluttering, some days about perimenopause, friendship, books, habits, or finding ourselves after years of pouring into everyone
