Dominick Domingo - Artistic Expression & the Inward Journey
94 - Dominick Domingo is an author, illustrator and animation artist. He graduated from Art Center College of Design with a BFA in Illustration. Having interned at Disney Feature Animation during school, he began work immediately after graduation on a new project to become known as The Lion King. He continued on, in both LA and Paris, painting backgrounds and visually developing Pocahontas, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Tarzan, Little Match Girl, and One By One. After eleven years in animation, Dominick embarked on his own live action film-making career and writing books.
Dominick joins the podcast to discusses the connection between artistic expression and self-transformation, the role of creativity and storytelling in culture, and the next steps in humanity's evolution.
