The Relationship Between Chinese Medicine & Civilisation - Episode 18
Show Notes

In this podcast Dr. Bisong touches on the interplay of YinYang in both our own bodies and the cultures of the East and West.

Talking points include:

- In history the East has operated on cultivating invisible principles and the West has focused on cultivating the Physical and Material.

- The fundamental design for Earth is balance. On a global scale this means different societies operating with opposing values is necessary for the world to function.

- Having a birds eye perspective of the Earth and Bigger Picture is also necessary for balance and health inside our own bodies.

- Chinese Medicine is built on the principle of an ecosystem. One thing affects another and the energetic ecosystem will always react to keep the balance. This means every action we take as a part of our own ecosystems will have repercussions on ourselves and the whole.

- The push to develop AI as a solution to our problems comes from reductionist thinking and represents a fundamental misunderstanding about our own psychology, consciousness and how nature operates.

- If humans continue to develop technology without it being virtue based, it will spell disaster for the ecosystem which we all depend on.

- The reason that churches, temples and masters exist is because we have separated our heart, mind and body and have lost contact with this governing ecosystem. This means we have also lost contact with our own bodies ecosystem and believe that the external is different from who we are.

- When you wake up in the morning, drinking water, ginger and honey is a good harmonising way to start you day.

Have a day full of Heart,
