This conversation features the Rev. Dr. Lewis V. Baldwin, professor emeritus at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Baldwin has done significant research on Martin Luther King Jr, the Civil Rights Movement, Methodism, and Black congregational life. We talk about his work, what it was like to live through the Civil Rights Movement as a young man, and how he interprets the remarkable moment we live in today.
