But the"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":241.33,"endTime":244.75,"body":"estate is on a sort of heavy"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":241.33,"endTime":244.75,"body":"clay, which makes it really hard"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":244.75,"endTime":247.57,"body":"for growing anything.
